FORMWORK TIE
A tie nut of a formwork tie for connecting two formwork elements is secured on a tie rod to prevent inadvertent rotation by way of a form fit coupling that can be axially made to engage therewith.
Formwork System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
Anchor with sealing element for a vertical formwork
An anchor for a vertical formwork having two formwork panels facing one another. The anchor is suitable for being fixed to one of the formwork panels. The anchor includes a housing for receiving a part of a tie rod fixing the two formwork panels and a single sealing element configured for sealing the anchor with respect to the formwork panel in which it is fixed and with respect to the tie rod housed in the housing of the anchor.
Clamp Assembly for a Formwork System
Various implementations described herein are directed to a formwork system. In one implementation, the formwork system includes aluminum extrusions and aluminum castings. The aluminum castings and the aluminum extrusions can be assembled by being pressed and riveted together.
FORMWORK TIE
A tie rod of a formwork tie for connecting two formwork elements, which are disposed opposite and at a distance from one another, is provided with two opposing flattened regions, and a tie nut is provided with a radial fixing screw, which can optionally be screwed against one of the two flattened regions for securing the tie nut on the tie rod, whereby the distance between the two formwork elements can be set in steps of one half a lead of an external thread of the tie rod.
STRUCTURAL WALL HAVING EXOGENOUS STRUCTURE WITH RETICULATED FRAME
A structural wall is provided. The structural wall comprises a load-bearing wall-beam. The load-bearing wall-beam comprises two or more pillars. The load-bearing wall-beam further comprises at least one pair of a bottom plate and a top plate fixed to the two or more pillars to define beams located horizontally above a foundation block, about halfway up the wall and proximal to tops of the two or more pillars. The load-bearing wall-beam further comprises pillar supplements fixed in a plane of diagonal stiffening elements and coupled to the pillar supplements and the pair of the bottom plate and the top plate to stiffen the load-bearing wall-beam. Herein, the load-bearing wall-beam has a longitudinal axis thereof being free of continuous structural elements, to be permeable to on-site pouring and distribution of a filling mixture therein.
SPACER DEVICE FOR FORMWORK
A spacer device (10) for formwork, comprising a hollow tubular body (2) extending around a longitudinal axis (X-X) is described, said tubular body (2) being configured to house a cross tie rod (7) and comprising: two side tubular portions (2a,2b); each side tubular portion (2a,2b) comprising fastening means at one end; and at the remaining end, a tapered portion (3a,3b) configured to rest on the wall of the formwork; characterised by comprising a ball joint (5a,5b) interposed between each tapered portion (3a,3b) and the respective side tubular portion (2a,2b) to couple each tapered portion (3a,3b) with the respective side tubular portion (2a,2b).
DEVICE FOR PREVENTING SOUND TRANSMISSION THROUGH AN APERTURE OR A PRODUCTION-RELATED DUCT IN A WALL, AND A METHOD FOR SOUNDTIGHT CLOSURE OF AN APERTURE OR A PRODUCTION-RELATED DUCT IN A WALL
A device for preventing sound transmission through a spacer tube, an aperture or a duct (1) is realized by inserting a damping body (21) which can be cost-effectively mass-produced and can be inserted through the apertures in the wall (15) without any effort and with correspondingly low cost. This eliminates the need for laborious plugging with rock wool or liquid mortar.
Seal for a lead-through for a tie rod through a panel formwork element
A seal for a lead-through for a tie rod through a panel formwork element. The seal includes a sleeve, a sealing element and a sliding tube, which are disposed on the tie rod and, together with the tie rod, are placed through the panel formwork element from a rear side, so that the sealing element exits the panel formwork element on a front side and, after brief pulling back of the tie rod, provides sealing between the sleeve and the panel formwork element, for one-sided anchoring.
Vertical formwork and an anchor for a vertical form work
According to one embodiment a rear anchor assembly for a vertical formwork is provided that includes a dome plate having a spherical-shaped central section. The dome plate has an opening that extends through the spherical-shaped central section. The rear anchor assembly also includes a nut with a threaded hole configured for housing a threaded end of a tie rod. The nut includes a spherical portion arranged in the opening of the dome plate. The spherical portion of the nut and the spherical-shaped central section of the dome plate are coupled like a ball and socket joint. The rear anchor assembly also includes a support plate configured for being fixed to a rear formwork panel, the support plate including a housing in which the dome plate is arranged, the dome plate having freedom of radial movement with respect to the support plate inside the housing.
