Machine for removing formwork from ceiling structure
A machine for removing beams from underneath formwork at an underside of a concrete slab includes a wheeled base movable on and supported at a support structure, a raisable-and-lowerable structure disposed on the wheeled base, and a beam-removal device coupled to the raisable-and-lowerable structure. The beam-removal device includes a beam-gripping mechanism. With the raisable-and-lowerable structure raised to position the beam-removal device at a beam that supports the formwork at the underside of the concrete slab, the beam-gripping mechanism operates to grasp the beam. With the beam grasped by the beam-gripping mechanism, the machine is operated to remove the beam from the formwork.
Stay-In-Place Forms and Methods and Equipment for Installation Thereof
Stay-in-place forms and methods and equipment for installing thereof. A concrete form includes a vertical component and a horizontal component, the vertical component located substantially perpendicular to the horizontal component. Also, the form includes an interior surface, at least a portion of the interior surface providing a form for supporting uncured concrete; wherein the uncured concrete forms a concrete structural portion upon curing of the uncured concrete; and wherein the interior surface remains attached to the concrete structural portion after curing. The form may include inserts and compatible form attachments. Also, forms including recesses may be utilized to reduce the weight thereof. Lifting equipment and accessories may be utilized to lift the form from a form holder and set same in place. Forms contain the work area as soon as it is installed to minimize fall hazards and the time, costs, and downtime associated with installation of safety measures.
Formwork support formed with stackable components
The present invention relates to a formwork support comprising a stackable formwork table, at least one stackable shore and a stackable height adjustment mechanism. The stackable components are capable of saving space and improving efficiency in the assembly and disassembly of the formwork support of the present invention.
Formwork systems and related methods
A formwork system includes (a) a wallform panel for forming a wall portion; and (b) at least one brace assembly including a pair of vertically spaced apart props pivotably connected to the wallform panel for pivoting of the brace assembly relative to the wallform panel between a storage position, in which the brace assembly lies adjacent the wallform panel, and a deployed position, in which the brace assembly projects from the wallform panel for anchoring the props to a ground surface through a common base plate connected to each prop.
Transport apparatus for transporting plate
A transport apparatus for transporting a plate comprising: a shell, a drive system, and a first set of rollers. The shell comprises an entrance and an exit that are disposed opposite to each other in relation to the shell. The drive system is disposed on the shell. The first set of rollers is disposed in the shell. The first set of rollers comprises: a first roller and a first adjustment roller. The first roller is electrically coupled to the drive system and configured to be rotated by the drive system. The first adjustment roller is movably disposed in the shell and is configured to adjust a first distance between the first roller and the first adjustment roller.
MACHINE FOR REMOVING FORMWORK FROM CEILING STRUCTURE
A machine for removing formwork from underneath a concrete slab includes a wheeled base movable on and supported at a support structure, a raisable and lowerable structure disposed on the wheeled base, and a formwork-removal device attached to the raisable and lowerable structure. The formwork-removal device includes (i) an arm extending from the raisable and lowerable structure and (ii) at least one pneumatic gripper disposed at a distal end of the arm. With the raisable and lowerable structure adjusted to position the pneumatic gripper under the formwork and engaged with the formwork, and when the pneumatic gripper is activated, the pneumatic gripper applies a suction to secure the formwork at the pneumatic gripper. With the formwork secured at the pneumatic gripper, and when the pneumatic gripper is lowered, the pneumatic gripper applies a separating force to the formwork to remove the formwork from the concrete slab.
SUPPORT MEANS, CEILING SUPPORTS, CEILING FRAMEWORK SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR REMOVING A CEILING FRAMEWORK PANEL
A support means for a ceiling support for supporting a ceiling formwork panel. The support means has at least one upper elongated support element and a lower elongated support element. The support elements are rotationally connected to one another, with the support elements being able to be brought into a working position in which the support elements are preferably aligned coaxially with one another. The support elements can be rotated into a tilted position in which the support elements are rotated relative to one another by a tilting angle. A locking element is provided, which secures the support elements against rotating in the working position, the locking element bridging a connecting region between the two support elements in the working position. The locking element can be brought into a release position in which the locking element is arranged outside the connecting region.
Machine for removing formwork from ceiling structure
A machine for removing formwork from underneath a cured concrete slab includes a wheeled base movable on and supported at a support structure, a raisable-and-lowerable structure disposed on the wheeled base, and a formwork-removal device attached to the raisable-and-lowerable structure. The formwork-removal device includes an arm extending from the raisable-and-lowerable structure, at least one wedge element disposed at a distal end of the arm, and a formwork-retaining mechanism. With the raisable-and-lowerable structure adjusted to raise the wedge element and the wedge element moved to engage the formwork and an underside of a concrete slab, the wedge element is further moved to apply a force separating part of the formwork from the concrete slab, the formwork-retaining mechanism is operated to grasp the formwork separated from the concrete slab, retaining the formwork. With the formwork grasped by the formwork-retaining mechanism, the raisable-and-lowerable structure is lowered, removing the formwork from the concrete slab.
