A mounting unit of a partition mount system that removably secures a sheet of material includes a first portion and a second portion. The first portion has a first end and a second end opposite the first end and a pivot on a lower surface thereof. The second portion has a first end and a second end opposite the first end and is configured to mate with the first portion. The first end of the second portion is wider than the second end of the second portion. The first portion and second portion are configured to secure a sheet of material therebetween.

A door protection apparatus for protecting an installed door with at least one existing hinge includes at least one bracket and a hinge-side protective surface. The at least one bracket is configured to attach to the at least one existing hinge. The hinge-side protective surface is secured to the at least one bracket and attached to one of the existing hinges. The hinge-side protective surface is sized to cover a hinge side of the installed door. Wherein, the hinge-side protective surface is configured to maintain position on the hinge side of the installed door during opening and closing of the installed door for protecting the installed door.

A cover for removable protection of a threshold is disclosed. The threshold may be of the type having a sill deck terminating in an upwardly extending dam and a threshold cap disposed along an interior side of the dam. The cover has at least a cap protecting member configured to extend over the threshold cap of the threshold. The cap protecting member includes an engagement portion configured to be positioned along an exterior side of the dam. The engagement portion has a hooked tip. Upon completion of construction, the cover is designed to be removed from the threshold to expose at least the threshold cap below.

A door frame protector includes a tube having a slot which extends the entire length of the tube. The tube is preferably a wound paper tube 12-96 inches long. The tube is sufficiently resilient so that it can be opened and placed around a door jamb and then released so that the edges of the slot compressively engage the wall adjacent the door jamb. The protector can protect a new or freshly painted door jamb from damage from being hit or bumped when a building is under construction.

A door protective covering. The door protective covering designed for placement over a hung door to protect the door from damage during various painting and remodeling tasks. The door cover is generally rectangular and enclosed along one side of its width and one side of its length to from a modified cavity wherein the cover is placed upon the door with the enclosed width resting on a top side of the door. Preferably, the door cover is provided on a roll and constructed of a plastic material.
