Partition mount with integrated plunger assembly
A partition mount system includes an integrated plunger assembly. The integrated plunger assembly is constructed and arranged to be integrated into an interior of an end of an extension pole, for example a standard telescoping extension pole. Mounting of the plunger in an interior portion of the pole in this manner provides for a sleek design that is relatively lightweight. Assuming that the pole in which the anchor is mounted is part of a telescoping pole system, the anchor and plunger do not interfere with full travel of the interior pole with respect to other poles in the telescoping system. In this manner, operation of the telescoping pole system is not inhibited by the integrated plunger assembly.

Compression post with visual indication system
Example aspects of an indicator for a compression post, a compression post for a building, and a method for using a compression post are disclosed. The indicator for a compression post can comprise a leg configured to engage a support plate of the compression post; and an indication portion supported by the leg and comprising; a first visual indicator configured to indicate that the compression post is in an uncompressed configuration; and a second visual indicator configured to indicate that the compression post is in a compressed configuration.
COMPRESSION POST WITH RETAINER CLIP
A retainer clip for a compression post includes a retainer body defining a first lateral body end, a second lateral body end opposite the first lateral end, a retainer opening formed through the retainer body and positioned between the first and second lateral body ends, and a retainer tab extending into the retainer opening; and a substantially J-shaped ledge grip extending from the first lateral body end, the ledge grip defining a curved portion and a planar portion, the curved portion coupled to the first lateral body end, the planar portion extending from the curved portion distal to the first lateral body end, the planar portion extending beneath the retainer body.
COMPRESSION POST WITH VISUAL INDICATION SYSTEM
An indicator for a compression post includes a leg defining an upper end and a lower end, the lower end configured to engage a support plate of the compression post; and an indicator bracket comprising a central portion coupled to the leg at the upper end and an indication portion oriented distal to the leg, the central portion defining a bend extending away from the leg such that the indication portion is laterally offset from the leg, the indicator defining a first visual indicator configured to indicate that the compression post is in either a compressed configuration or an uncompressed configuration.
A TELESCOPIC EDGE PROTECTION POST
A telescopic edge protection post arrangeable between a floor and a ceiling, comprising outer and inner tubes, each comprising a bottom end and a top end, the inner tube extending into the outer tube and being movable with respect thereto between an extended position and a collapsed position. The post further comprises a locking mechanism to lock the inner tube with respect to the outer tube in the extended position, and a tensioning unit arranged at the top end of the inner tube. The tensioning unit comprises a tensioning element having a primary and secondary tensioning portions, wherein tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion requires a lower force than the primary tensioning portion, allowing tensioning of the secondary tensioning portion by extending the telescopic edge protection post by hand into engagement with the floor and the ceiling. Further, the primary and secondary tensioning portions each comprise a compression spring.

Telescopic edge protection post
A telescopic edge protection post arrangeable between a floor and a ceiling, wherein the telescopic edge protection post comprises an outer tube having a floor end and a top end, and an inner tube having a bottom end and a ceiling end. The inner tube extends into the outer tube and is movable with respect thereto between an extended position and a collapsed position. The post further has a locking mechanism arranged to lock the inner tube with respect to the outer tube, and a tensioning device. The locking mechanism comprises a fixed element, which is attached to the outer tube at its top end, and a movable element, which is movable with respect to the fixed element between a locking position in which the movable element engages with the inner tube and the fixed element to prevent the inner tube from being retracted into the outer tube.
