ASSEMBLY CONSISTING OF A CLIMBING RAIL AND A CLIMBING LIFT RAIL FOR A RAIL-GUIDED
The invention relates to an assembly consisting of a climbing rail and a climbing lift rail, which can be moved relative to the climbing rail and is guided by the climbing rail, for a rail-guided climbing system which can be used in particular as a climbing formwork, a climbing frame, a climbing protection wall, and/or a climbing working platform and which comprises climbing shoes that can be arranged on a building structure in a stationary manner and a lifting device that is fixed to the climbing rail at one end and to the climbing lift rail at the other end. The climbing rail is guided by the climbing shoes, wherein the climbing rail and the climbing lift rail can each be suspended on at least one of the climbing shoes in the direction opposite the climbing direction and can be unhooked from the at least one of the climbing shoes in the climbing direction and moved relative to the at least one of the climbing shoes. A fixing means is provided in order to fix the climbing rail and the climbing lift rail to each other in a reversibly releasable manner independently of a fixation to each other by means of the lifting device.
APPARATUS FOR QUICK-DEPLOY SCAFFOLDING
An apparatus for suspended scaffolding, comprising a Z-shaped anchoring plate comprised of a first horizontally protruding element, a second opposable protruding element, and said elements continuously coupled to each other via a vertical middle element, wherein the Z-shaped plate is configured to securely cover at least portions of a top wall, inner wall of a parapet, and a roof; at least one threaded rod with torqued nut anchored through at least one of the vertical element and/or the first element of the anchoring plate and through at least one of the top wall, inner wall, and/or outer wall of the parapet; an L-shaped receiver plate secured over at least a portion of the top wall and outer wall of the parapet and rod-nut anchored to the anchoring plate, wherein the receiver plate is configured to secure a suspended scaffold for a user to engage a façade of a structure in any direction; and a counterweight securely rested on a top surface of the second element in order to counter the weight of the suspended scaffold.

SAFETY LANDING
A safety landing may include a first support panel positionable within the shaft and having a first support surface and a second support surface spaced apart from the first support surface. At least a first platform may have a first end that is movably connected to the first support panel and a second end spaced apart from the first end. The first platform may have an upper surface, an opposing lower surface and an end surface at the first end. The first platform may be movably between a closed position in which the first platform extends laterally across the shaft, and in which the lower surface rests on the first support surface and an open position in which the first platform is generally upright and the end surface of the first platform rests on the second support surface.
Height adjustable building mounted platform assembly.
A height adjustable platform assembly securable to a building including a pair of anchors each removably mountable to the building through an opening thereof at a respective one of the opening lateral edges; a pair of supports each removably mounted to a respective one of the anchors; and a platform positionable so as to extend between the supports and be supported thereby. With the height adjustable platform assembly operatively secured to the building with the anchors mounted through the building opening, the supports each protrude outwardly from the building and support the platform outside of the building adjacent to the building outside surface. Each support is mountable to the respective one of the anchors at at least two vertically spaced apart locations therealong to allow adjustment of a vertical position of the platform relative to the building.
