CHRISTMAS TREE STAND
20180008077 · 2018-01-11 ·

Many forms of Christmas tree stand, for use with real (i.e. cut) Christmas trees are known, such as those that may be filled with water to prolong the life of the tree. The present invention relates to a Christmas tree stand, and a method of maintaining a Christmas tree in a substantially upright position, and includes a reservoir 3 with retaining parts 9 at upper and lower ends thereof, and an outer container into which the reservoir is configured to be securable, the container configured to substantially conceal the reservoir and having a base larger than the reservoir. This prevents damage to floor surfaces (such as carpets and tiles) and prevents accidental contact by passers-by with difficult-to-see legs and/or arms.

GROUND ANCHOR WITH HOLDER FOR A LOAD
20180010354 · 2018-01-11 ·

The invention relates to a ground anchor with a mounting (1) for a parasol or the like, having a sleeve (8) which is pushed over the mounting (1) and on which stabilizers (9, 10, 11) are mounted that can be folded out in a radial or preferably tangential manner. A ground screw (4) is connected to the mounting (1) on the ground side and opposite the object to be supported, for example the parasol. A driver, such as a projection section, a shoulder, or a nut (12) which can be screwed onto the mounting for example, drives the sleeve (8) during the screw-in process and expands the stabilizers (9, 10, 11) against the ground. The mounting (1) can be angled relative to the ground screw (4) by 90 and thus forms a lever for rotating the ground screw (4). The stabilizers (9, 10, 11) can be pivoted onwards in a tangential manner selectively clockwise as well as counterclockwise to a limited degree as a result of stops (14, 15).

Semi-finished part for a foundation of a tower construction, semi-finished part foundation segment, foundation, method for producing a semi-finished part and method for producing a foundation

A semi-finished part for a foundation of a tower construction, in particular of a wind turbine tower, comprising at least two semi-finished part foundation segments, which each have an outer delimitation element and a reinforcement, which is connected to the outer delimitation element and comprises struts protruding from the outer delimitation element, wherein: the outer delimitation elements of the semi-finished part foundation segments form an outer edge, which delimits an interior to be later filled curable casting material; and the reinforcements of the semi-finished part foundation segments extend from the outer edge into the interior.

MOVABLE BASES FOR SHADE STRUCTURES
20230003338 · 2023-01-05 ·

A movable base for a shade structure such as an umbrella that is operable between a movable configuration and a braked configuration. The movable base includes a first frame, including a plurality of wheels, such as caster wheels, and a second, e.g., movable, frame that is actuatable relative to the first frame and wheels. In the movable position, a plurality of feed are raised and the wheels are in contact with a ground surface. In the fixed position, the feet of the second frame are in contact with the ground and/or the wheels are raised.

Rotary Umbrella Seat for an Umbrella
20220389732 · 2022-12-08 ·

A rotary umbrella seat for an umbrella comprises a rotary base (1), a sleeve welding piece (2) and a pedal component (3); wherein the sleeve welding piece (2) comprises a sleeve (21) connected to a base plate (22); a lower end of a column (20) of the umbrella is slid over the sleeve (21) and rest on the rotary base (1); the pedal component (3) comprises a pedal (31) connected to a pedal shaft (32); the base plate (22) has a plurality of positioning holes (221), the pedal shaft (32) is disengaged from the base plate (22) when the pedal is pressed down, the pedal shaft is engaged to the rotary base when the pedal is released. The present invention is simple in structure, easy to operate, stable and reliable to use, and can easily realize the rotation of the seat and adjust the position of the umbrella, so it is worth popularizing.

SUPPORT ASSEMBLY FOR INDOOR AND OUTDOOR USE
20220386750 · 2022-12-08 ·

A support assembly having a versatile structure capable of use with a variety of different products, devices, etc. intended for outdoor and/or indoor use such as, but not limited to, furniture, and/or umbrella or shade structures. The support assembly includes a body having a plurality of connector structures fixedly connected in outwardly extending, collectively surrounding relation thereto. The connector structures movably and removably interconnect one or more inserts in overlying relation to an outer surface of the body. When the body defines a support pole for an umbrella assembly, the plurality of connectors extend outwardly from the inserts in movable engagement with a canopy activating hub, thereby maintaining a spacing between the hub and the inserts, concurrent to travel of the hub along the length of the body.
