A volumetric enclosure or enclosures and/or a cellular structure pole foundation is provided. The volumetric enclosure/s or cellular structure pole foundation may employ several embodiments: (1) a single or a plurality of volumetric enclosures at the vertical center of the foundation below the foundation's pole cavity; (2) a single or a plurality of volumetric enclosures at the vertical center of the foundation below the foundation's pole cavity and a cellular structure within the foundation walls and base; (3) a cellular structure throughout the entire body of the foundation; (4) a cellular structure within the foundation walls; (5) the above embodiments with fill material consisting of gas or fluid or solids retained inside the foundation walls; and (6) the above embodiments with solid fill material that can reach the foundation core through the pole cavity.

A structural design of a foundation that is configured to reduce size, fabrication time, material usage and installation time by prefabricated machine produced structural cellular and/or volumetric design that distributes and redirects stress loads from the above over extended exterior surface contact areas of a below grade embedded foundation.

A post anchor device comprising an auger rod having a shaft with a lower portion and an upper portion, the upper portion having threads and a terminus configured to being engaged and rotated by a drive tool for rotating the shaft, the lower portion having a bottom end for insertion into the ground and at least one helical blade above the bottom end for boring the auger rod into the ground, at least one fin removably connected to the upper portion and being longitudinally aligned with the shaft, and a post bracket that is securable to the post or beam and having a base with a hole to receive the externally threaded portion of the shaft to enable the post bracket to be removably connected to the external threaded portion by a complementary nut or an internal threaded member, thereby securing the post bracket to the auger rod.

An anchor chair is configured for transmitting a pulling force from an elongated foundation element to a wall. The anchor chair includes a passage for the elongated foundation element, and a cavity between a first opening located on a first side of the anchor chair, which first side is facing away from the wall in attached state, and a second opening located on an opposite side of the anchor chair, which opposite side is facing the wall in attached state and which opposite side defines in attached state a contact area of the anchor chair to contact the wall. The first opening is a slot-shaped opening having two long sides and two short sides. A removable tool for leveling a vertical structure in a vertically level orientation is also disclosed, the tool including a flat substantially non-bendable material, wherein the tool has a central hole formed in the center thereof that does not extend to or open out to the periphery of the tool, and four slots extending radially away from the hole and spaced from each other evenly about the tool.
