Patron-accessible memorialization structures
Memorialization structures, niches, and methods for manufacturing niches having a recess or cavity that is accessible after installation of the memorialization structures and/or post-burial or post-entombment of a deceased are generally described. In some embodiments, a memorialization niche may include a recess and a door configured to enclose the recess. The door may include a lock configured to prevent public access to the recess. A patron associated with the niche may unlock the door and access the recess. The patron may remove objects from and/or insert objects into the recess post-burial or -entombment of the deceased without disturbing the memorialization structure and/or adjacent memorialization structures and/or requiring a memorial operator to unseal the recess. Accordingly, the patron may continually update the personalization effects of a memorialization structure and achieve a dynamic memorial for the deceased while maintaining the security of any bodily remains and/or personal objects stored in the recess.
Self-Illuminated Portable Shadowbox Monument
A self-illuminated shadow box for containing mementos or the like includes a box that has an upright metallic back wall panel for attaching magnets, a transparent door spaced from the upright metallic back wall panel, a roof extending over the metallic back wall panel and the transparent wall, and a solar energized light emitting diode mounted on the roof and directed toward the metallic back wall.
Burial vault
A burial vault system and burial vault kit arrangement include a first pair of lateral sides; a second pair of lateral sides; a base having a length and a width configured to releasably receive the first pair of lateral sides at opposing ends of the length and configured to releasably receive the second pair of lateral sides at opposing ends of the width; the second pair of lateral sides each defining an inner surface, the inner surface defining at least one channel extending partially along respective heights of the lateral sides; and at least one adjustable crossbar configured received within the channel to span to brace the second pair of lateral sides to resist compression and support a casket each crossbar including at least one end cap adjustably received on an end to allow a length adjustment. A method of assembly is also disclosed. A kit assembly of the burial vault is presented.
Support device for coffin and funerary monument and associated coffin
A support device for a coffin and funerary monument as well as a suitable coffin, in particular for burial in the ground, having a receiving platform suitable for supporting the base of the coffin, first pillars rigidly connected to the platform, means for receiving partitions between the first pillars, lateral partitions with an upper surface that constitutes a support surface, and at least one slab suitable for being positioned on the support surface to create a wall for protecting the coffin.
Headstone Device
The present invention relates generally to the field of headstones. More specifically, the present invention relates to a headstone device primarily comprised of a body further comprised of a front surface, a rear surface, a top surface, a flat bottom surface, at least one solar panel, a battery, a processor, a transmitter, at least one LED and a mobile application. The display and speaker can further be used to display any image, video or song that is selected via the mobile application. The LED illuminates the device and the mobile application allows a user to view a virtual representation of the device on a smart device or computer.
Headstone assembly
A headstone assembly suitable to be placed on a memorial includes a frame and a mounting assembly. The frame defines a cavity and has a base panel having a plurality of slots. The frame an inner surface defining a groove extending along and inner perimeter of the frame. The mounting assembly is arranged inside the cavity and is connected to the frame to facilitate an attachment of the base panel with the surface. The mounting assembly includes a bottom panel and a mounting panel extending inside the groove and attached to the frame and the bottom panel. The mounting assembly also includes a plurality of T-nuts extending through the mounting panel inside a plurality of the holes of the bottom panel. The T-nuts ate adapted to receive a plurality of mounting bolts extending from the surface to facilitate the attachment of the frame to the surface.
Memorial display system
A memorial display system including a memorial assembly having a grave marker, a storage compartment, and indicia. The grave marker includes an integral storage compartment and the indicia. The storage compartment is a transparent display case. The indicia is displayed on the front surface of the grave marker. The memorial assembly is modular and configured to secure and seal pre-selected memorial items as contents for viewing.
Grave Marker
A marker for a grave includes a base configured for contact with the earth and a planar stone panel with indicia thereon. The stone panel has opposing first and second faces and opposing first and second edges. A first bracket is extends over the first edge and a second bracket extends over the second edge. The first and second brackets restrain the stone panel therebetween and a frame attaches to the first and second brackets for attachment to the base.
Grave Marker System With Concealed Time Capsule
A memorialization grave marker system includes a foundation portion at least partially below ground, a grave marker portion (headstone, footstone or similar item) supported by the foundation portion at least partially above ground. At least one of the foundation portion and the grave marker portion form an internal cavity. At least one weather-tight container or “time capsule” for storing at least one of artifacts, memorabilia, and information is concealed within the internal cavity and accessible to present and future generations.
BURIAL VAULT
A burial vault system and burial vault kit arrangement include a first pair of lateral sides; a second pair of lateral sides; a base having a length and a width configured to releasably receive the first pair of lateral sides at opposing ends of the length and configured to releasably receive the second pair of lateral sides at opposing ends of the width; the second pair of lateral sides each defining an inner surface, for a dual capacity system the inner surface defining at least one channel extending partially along respective heights of the lateral sides; and at least one crossbar element configured received within the channel to span to brace the second pair of lateral sides to resist compression and support shelf and a casket. A lid further includes lid support cross members to prevent deformation, affixed to the lid during assembly. A method of assembly is also disclosed. A kit assembly of the burial vault is presented.
