A lamp-equipped tent shelf, comprising a shelf, an LED lighting assembly, and a plurality of hooks is provided. The hooks are connected to the shelf. The LED lighting assembly is disposed on the shelf. The LED assembly comprises a power source, an LED light source and a switch. The LED light source is connected to the power source and the switch control the LED light source to turn on and off. The tent shelf can be hung directly to the tent frame and serves as an illumination source.

The housing having an internal portion, external portion, and an attachment mechanism located on the external portion of the housing locking in place the housing to the guy line. The light emitting source is located within the housing and powered by the power source. The on/off switch is in contact with the power source providing readily activation of the light emitting source. The attachment mechanism may comprise at least one hook portion and a tensioning mechanism. The tensioning mechanism may comprise at least one offset portion. The tensioning mechanism prevents the device from sliding down the guy line.

The coupler includes a second member, and one or more electrically-conductive members for electrically connecting the batteries. The second member is movable relative to the first member in a first direction to facilitate engagement/disengagement of the coupler with/from the casing. The second member is immovable relative to the first member in a second direction to prevent the one or more electrically-conductive members from misaligning with the batteries. The first cover is movable relative to the coupler in the first and second directions. When connected to the casing, the first cover pushes the coupler in the first direction toward the batteries and presses the one or more electrically-conductive members against the batteries to ensure electrical connection.
