Fence devices
An example detachable device comprises a body with a transitional surface, a back portion, and a side portion. The body is to be affixed to a rail of a fence structure with the back portion in proximity to a surface of the rail. The side portion of the body is to be arranged proximate to a post portion of the fence structure.
Prefabricated modular fencing with advantageously-shaped connectors
A prefabricated modular fencing system comprises first and second fence panels, each panel having opposing side ends. Each side end carries outboard connectors. The connectors have upper sides defining one of a concavity and a convexity and have lower sides defining the other of a concavity and a convexity, and the connectors define a bore within each convexity. The convexity of a connector carried by the first fence panel may be complementary with and interfitted within the concavity of another connector carried by the second fence panel, to assemble the first and second fence panels together. A post is disposed through the bores of interfitted connectors.
Fence rail fork
A vinyl fence rail remover for use where the rail is held in the fence post via tabs cut into the rail and rail tabs must be depressed to remove the rail from the hole cut into the fence post. The fence remover has a handle/tube on a first end, a metal “U” shape section, a straight section, and a tapered second, opposing end from the handle/tube. The handle/tube is as long as necessary to reach the bottom rail through the inside of the fence post. The “U” shaped middle piece is ⅛ inch to ¼ inch smaller than the exact size of the fence rail. The open end of straight section extending from the “U” shaped section is tapered or bent outward to allow it to slip over the tabs of a fence rail as the device is driven over the rail inside the fence post.
Fence panel construction system and method
A fence panel construction device includes a structural member and a pair of post members coupled to the structural member. Each post member includes a pair of attachment devices configured to removably attach a pair of fence stringers to the pair of post members. A pair of actuator mechanisms are coupled to a respective one of the pair of post members to position the pair of post members corresponding to a pair of fence posts on a property. A finishing assembly is coupled to the structural member and includes at least one fastening device and at least one trimming device both operable to move vertically. The finishing assembly is operable to move horizontally while the at least one fastening device fastens fence boards to the pair of fence stringers and at least one trimming device trims the fence boards. A method of making a fence panel is provided.
Modular fence system
A modular fence system is disclosed herein. The modular fence system includes a frame having a fence post bracing bar, an upper locking bar, a lower locking bar, an upper stationary bar, a lower stationary bar, wherein fence boards may be coupled and uncoupled from the frame when the upper and lower locking bars are in the open position. The frame may be utilized with removable fence boards or a lattice style fence. The modular fence system is useful for simple installment of aesthetic and removable fence arrangements.
Systems, Devices, and Methods for Variable Visibility Barriers
A barrier includes a post, a support beam coupled to the post, and multiple slats coupled to the support beam. The multiple slats are also coupled to a flexible elongate member. The flexible elongate member is also coupled to a driving mechanism. As the driving mechanism moves the flexible elongate member, the flexible elongate member causes the multiple slats to rotate between a closed position and various open positions.
FENCE SYSTEM WITH VARIABLE RAIL REINFORCEMENT
A fencing system that includes a plurality of fence rails extending between two fence posts. The fence rails may comprise a foamed material core that is enclosed by a weather resistant capping material. One or more hollow passageways may be formed in each of the fence rails to both reduce weight and to receive a metal reinforcing member. A plurality of fence pickets may be installed onto the fence rails using power driven fasteners, such as ring shank nails or staples.
ADJUSTABLE AND RACKABLE FENCE SYSTEM
An improved method and apparatus for a fence system that is adjustable and rackable to accommodate uneven surfaces. The picket fence system can be adjusted into a selected position and releasably secured, or portions can be changed to modify the appearance of the fence. One embodiment of the invention provides rackable fencing in panel to allow for easily moving selected fences in racks.
Gate Hinge and Latch With Direct Attachment to a Support Post and One-Handed Opening of Latch and Gate
A fence system with a gate assembly mounted in a gap between first and second fence portions of the fence system. A hinge may be used to mount the gate assembly, where the hinge has a clamp fixed to a support with substantially the same cross-section, and the support is fixed to a first member of the hinge. A second member of the hinge can be mounted to the gate assembly with the first and second members being rotatably fixed together, thereby allowing rotation of the gate assembly between open, closed, and various other positions. A latch actuator can selectively secure and release a latch retainer thereby selectively allowing the gate to rotate to the various positions. A handle can be positioned proximate the latch actuator to allow gripping of the handle and manipulating the actuator with one hand, thereby releasing the retainer.
GATE HINGE AND LATCH WITH DIRECT ATTACHMENT TO A SUPPORT POST
A fence system with a gate assembly mounted in a gap between first and second fence portions of the fence system. The gate assembly can be mounted directly to a post of the first or second fence portions without being mounted to pickets or backer rails of the fence portions.
