Multi-Purpose Shelter
A multi-purpose shelter includes a covering fabric, a first rod member, a plurality of loop straps, a plurality of cords and at least a weight member. The covering fabric has a plurality of side edges, and a first pocket extending along a transverse direction thereof. The first rod member has a forward end, a backward end, and a main portion extending between the forward end and the backward end. The main portion passes through the first pocket of the covering fabric, and is folded to form a curved contour between the forward end and the backward end to be erected on a support surface. Each cord connects the covering fabric to a support surface in a stretched manner. The weight member is detachably attached on one of the forward end and the backward end of the first rod member for providing a secure support to the multi-purpose shelter.
Cubular utility barrier enclosure (C.U.B.E.)
A scalable, light-weight, portable, self-supporting and adjustable, multi-purpose, cubular utility barrier enclosure (C.U.B.E.) structural system, made of a membrane that defines a space and resiliently flexible poles, that maintain a stable shape as the membrane is pushed out by the poles connected together in flexed pole loops contained within the space, that are caused to bow in a flexed condition and are biased in place by the membrane when the poles are positioned in a freestanding manner, with adjustable section lengths that slip fit connect together to form various flexed pole loop configurations in proportion with the membrane to be biased in place, the membrane is constituted by pliable mesh that is substantially impermeable to insects, comprised of durable, high-tenacity synthetic fiber, resistant to puncture, prolong exposure to the sun, wind, and weather elements, substantially waterproof, thermally insulated, fire resistant, and configured in various shapes and sizes.
Tree stand blind
A tree stand hunting blind is comprised of two sides connected by a lower center portion. The blind does not have a roof and does not have a complete front wall. This allows a user to stand up and shoot a firearm or bow in any direction, including directly under the blind or directly above the blind. The bottom platform of a tree stand and the bottom portion of the blind function as a “floor” that helps hide the user from game animals below the blind. The sides of the blind break up the user's silhouette and help hide the user and the tree stand from game animals that are not directly under the blind. Each side of the blind incorporates a window with a moveable shade mechanism that allows them to be fully or partially opened or closed as needed by the user.
ILLUMINATION TENT POLE AND TENT FRAME HAVING SAME
Disclosed are illumination tent poles, tent frames and tents having one or more illumination tent poles. An illumination tent pole includes a tent pole, an elongated casing, a strip light source and a cover. The elongated casing is coupled to the tent pole or integrally formed with the tent pole. The elongated casing has an opening along a longitudinal direction of the elongated casing and facing away from the tent pole. The strip light source is disposed in the elongated casing along the longitudinal direction of the elongated casing. The strip light source emits a light when electrically connected to an electrical power source. The cover is coupled to the elongated casing and covers the opening of the elongated casing. The cover is made of a material that is at least partially transparent to the light emitted by the strip light source.
TENTS
Tents are disclosed herein. The tent comprises a tent frame that, when assembled, forms an assembled tent frame that is configured to support the tent on a support surface and define an inner space between the assembled tent frame and the support surface. The tent also comprises at least one clearance pole that, when operatively coupled to the assembled tent frame, extends away from the inner space to define an outer space, and a clearance mechanism that is configured to operatively couple the at least one clearance pole to the assembled tent frame and orient the at least one clearance pole to project in an upward direction relative to the support surface. The clearance mechanism includes a connector that is configured to operatively couple the at least one clearance pole to the tent frame.
TENT POLE ASSEMBLY
A tent pole assembly includes multiple pole segments with a tension line running through them. Line centering components, such as spherical components threaded on the tension line, are provided between adjacent pole sections. Pole sections also include pole connectors, into which or over which adjacent pole sections may be removably positioned. When tension is applied to the tension line, the line centering components facilitate smooth insertion of adjacent pole sections into or over the pole connectors. Springs within the pole connectors or within the pole sections may facilitate ejection of adjacent pole sections upon release of tension from the tension line.
TENT SYSTEM
Various implementations include a tent system that includes a cover and base. The cover includes a cover frame and a canopy. The cover frame includes two or more cover frame members that are removably couplable to each other. The canopy is couplable to, and extendable between, the cover frame. The base includes three or more legs, a base frame, one or more base hubs, and a base support. The base frame includes two or more base frame members. The legs are removably couplable to the base hubs. Each of the base frame members are removably couplable to each other and/or to one or more base hubs. The base support is couplable to the base frame such that the base support is extendable between base frame members. The cover frame members are removably couplable to the base hubs such that a chamber is defined by the canopy and the base support.
PRIVACY MODULE
This invention relates to privacy screens, specifically, portable privacy screens with an integrated vertical height measuring tool. A portable lightweight privacy screen that can be conveniently carried and assembled and disassembled. The privacy module has one ruled segmented crown and one ruled segmented base which are identical and interchangeable with each other. They are each considered a single unit that is detachably connected together by a plurality of tubular couplers and bungee cord. The privacy module also has a plurality of ruled segmented supporting poles which are identical and interchangeable with each other. Each is considered a single unit that is detachably connected together by a plurality of tubular couplers and bungee cord. The present invention provides the collapsibility aspect by attaching bungee cord at two points on each of the separate units, giving the user the quick ease of assembling and disassembling of the structure. Further intent of the present invention is to increase the privacy area for the user, by providing a plurality of walls. The design of the present invention to provide privacy on a plurality of sides is also facilitated by an easily detachable fabric cover, interlaced with elastic from end to end, on top and bottom, which attaches and secures the fabric cover at a plurality of points by an elastic loop on the ends of the ruled segmented crown and ruled segmented base. The present invention also provides the option of attaching a plurality of privacy module together. The present invention also presents an integrated means of measuring a person's standing height by adding graduating marks to the segmented supporting poles, as well as to the segmented crown and the segmented base. Height indicator marks are placed on top of the ruled segmented crown in conjunction with the ruled segmented supporting poles, to align them with the vertically placed ruled auxiliary arm, for height extensions above 6-feet.
SHADE ASSEMBLY FOR A WAGON
A shade assembly for a wagon having a collapsible shade frame that transitions between an assembled state for providing shade and a disassembled state for stowing. The shade frame has at least a pair of long rods each having a distal end and a mounting end removably mountable to a mounting holder on a frame of the wagon. The long rods each has a plurality of rod sections in the disassemble state, and the rod sections are removably connected end-to-end to form corresponding long rods arranged in a cross configuration to form a support frame in the assembled state. A canopy comprising a shade material is supported on the support frame of the shade frame in the assembled state. Under the weight of the canopy, the shade frame is cantilevered at the mounting ends of the long rods by the mounting holder.
