If there is a free storage space, the control module controls the drive module to drive the delivery module to push the bicycle to the storage space of the tower body, and a serial number of the storage space is displaced on a display screen. Subsequently, the hydraulic system is operated to lower the hard cover to cover the vehicle. Upon lowering the hard cover, the latch is operably coupled to the anchor to lock the hard cover to the frame.
