IGNITION DEVICE FOR A MOTOR OF AN AUTOMOTIVE VEHICLE
20180009415 · 2018-01-11 · ·

An ignition device for a motor of an automotive vehicle is provided that the device includes a rotor configured to receive a key and mounted in rotation on a bracket, the rotor including a retainer configured to retain the rotor in translation relative to the bracket, and a first push back device configured to apply a linear force between the bracket and the rotor along an axis parallel to the axis of the rotation of the rotor. The bracket and the retainer are configured to cooperate so as to inhibit the rotation of the rotor in a predetermined direction from a predetermined angular position and to allow the rotation of the rotor beyond the predetermined angular position in the predetermined direction upon preliminarily applying a force on the rotor in an opposite direction to the direction of the linear force applied by the first push back device.

Motor vehicle lock
11572715 · 2023-02-07 · ·

A motor vehicle lock, in particular for a vehicle rear door, having a lock cover and a locking mechanism consisting essentially of a rotary latch and at least one pawl, also comprising at least one coupling element, and at least one electric drive, wherein the coupling element can assume different positions, and the coupling element interacts with a drive element of the drive and a central locking mechanism, wherein the coupling element is connected to the drive element in order to take up its positions.

Door latch

A latch is provided for latching the doors of cubicles or stalls provided in public washrooms. The latch includes a body mounted within a cavity formed between the inner and outer door surfaces, the body rotatably mounting a spindle having a latching member mounted at one end. Biasing means in the form of one or more cam followers acting on a corresponding number of cam surfaces is provided between the body and the spindle to hold the spindle in a closed position but, once displaced from the closed position, to bias the spindle toward a fully open position.

Multiple Bearing Locking Mechanism Module
20230203839 · 2023-06-29 · ·

A multiple bearing locking mechanism module comprising driver bearings, track bearings, slidable boltlock blocks comprised of springs (or magnetic equivalent) and a crossbolt therein. One or more modules are controlled by a master boltlock bolt/vault either by axial or vertical movement depending on embodiment, thus compressing one or more driver bearings into the track bearings. The track bearings expand into the slidable boltlock blocks housing the crossbolt—slidably disposed in the bearing track—compressing the crossbolt into the bossbolt locking port, manifesting the locked state. The multiple bearing locking mechanism module can be encompassed in but not limited to, gate locks, safes, briefcases, toolboxes, toy boxes, multiple shackle padlocks, door locks, cable locks, et cetera.

Lock

A lock includes a housing assembly, an actuatable lock assembly and a latching assembly. The actuatable lock assembly is positionable in at least a closed orientation and an open orientation. The latching assembly further includes a latch, a cam and a motor. The latch, having a cam profile, is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the actuatable lock assembly is maintained in the closed orientation. In the unlocked position, the actuatable lock assembly is positionable into an open orientation. The cam is rotatably mounted and has a first follower configured to intermittently coact with the cam profile of the latch, to, in turn, move the latch between the locked position and the unlocked position. The motor is coupled to the cam. Actuation of the motor causes rotation of the cam, resulting in movement of the latch between the locked and unlocked positions.

Installation body for door and/or window handles
09834955 · 2017-12-05 · ·

An installation body used as an axially fixed and rotatable receptacle for a handle. The handle consist of a circumferential engagement groove in a neck section of the handle that is in contact with the installation body. The installation body is composed of a base body with a passage opening aligned centrally with an axis (D), a guide bushing for the neck section of the handle, whereas the guide bushing is arranged inside the passage opening of the base body and locking mechanism, which fixates the handle inside base body in a releasable manner. The locking mechanism uses locking balls, which are adjustable arranged radially in the direction of the axis inside the guide bushing. The latter is positioner the passage opening of the base body in a direction (A) in an adjustable manner, wherein the guide bushing, or the base body, has a circumferential inclined surface that is acted upon by a pressure spring the direction (A).

ELECTRIC LOCK
20170328086 · 2017-11-16 · ·

An electric lock includes an input switching clutch for selectively transmitting the electric or manual driving force to the output line. The input switching clutch includes an outer ring that rotates together with an electrically driven input gear, and an inner ring which rotates together with an output gear. Wedge-shaped spaces are defined between the outer ring and the inner ring. Two rollers are mounted in each wedge-shaped space and are biased toward the narrow portions of the wedge-shaped space by a coil spring also mounted in the wedge-shaped space. The input switching clutch further includes an unlocking piece having crossbars inserted at both circumferential ends of the respective wedge-shaped spaces, and coupled to a manually driven input shaft so that its rotation can be transmitted thereto; and a torque transmission mechanism for transmitting the rotation of the manually driven input shaft to the inner ring.

Blocking lock with matrix coding system
