Security locking system
The present invention relates to a security locking system of the type comprising a cylinder (3) provided with a set of pistons (8) that are able to be positioned by elastic means on the impression formed in the edge (7b, 7c) of a control key (7) perpendicularly to the direction in which said key (7) is introduced into the cylinder (3), these pistons (8) being able to take up two positions, namely a position retracted into the cylinder (3) when the key (7) is introduced into the latter and an extended position when the key (7) is withdrawn there from. This system is characterized in that:—the cylinder is made up of a locking block (3) of parallelepipedal shape that is able to be received in a receiving block (5),—it comprises locking means which are activated when the locking block (3) is introduced into the receiving block (5).
Lock
The lock according to the invention is meant for locking cabinets, vaults and different machines. The lock has a lock frame, which comprises a bolt. A lock cylinder has been arranged in connection with the lock frame. The lock frame further comprises a power transmission mechanism between the lock cylinder and the bolt. The power transmission mechanism comprises a transmission lever and a latch. The transmission lever additionally comprises a retaining protrusion. The bolt comprises a locking pin and the lock frame additionally comprises a hole for the locking pin. The lock is arranged to allow movement of the lock cylinder and the power transmission mechanism in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the lock cylinder due to an external hit or drilling of the lock cylinder, whereby the movement in the direction of the longitudinal axis moves the retaining protrusion away from the locking pin. Thus, the end of the locking pin moves into the hole in the frame.
GUARD FOR A LATCH TO PREVENT OPENING
A door latch locking guard 30 for maintaining a door locked, with the door latch having a latch arm 12 and a swinging arm 14 for engaging the latch arm to lock the door. The protective locking guard 30 has a plate 32 attached to a locking housing 34, with the locking housing 34 having an internal passageway 36 for receiving therethrough the swinging arm 14 of the door latch. The plate 32 has a notch 38 for placing over and engaging the latch arm 12 of the door latch. A locking pin 40 is also provided for inserting through openings in the locking housing 34, and through the swinging arm 14 when it is inside the locking housing 34.
Guard for a latch to prevent opening
A door latch locking guard 30 is provided for maintaining a door in a locked position. A door latch 10 has an existing stationary latch arm 12 and the door jam has an existing swinging arm 14 for engaging the latch arm 12 to lock the door. The present invention provides a protective locking guard 30 having a notch 38 formed therein for placing over the stationary latch arm 12, and the protective locking guard 30 also has a plate 32 for moving the existing swinging arm 14 over the plate 32. A locking clasp 40 is provided for inserting through an opening 36 in plate 32 in order to prevent the door latch 10 from being opened from the opposite side of the door.
Dual-use receptacle door latch
A receptacle that can receive a cell phone or other mobile communication device or other useful objects such as keys that attaches over a restroom or changing room door latch used to secure the door during use of the restroom or changing room. Receptacle's position such that the usual insert a cell phone into the receptacle when the restroom stall door is secured closed and locked by a latch bolt. The user will not forget the cell phone because it will be necessary to remove the cell phone to access the latch bolt for unlocking the stall door. The device can also include advertising with DC and disposed on the receptacle surface or adjacent a portion of the receptacle surface. An ultraviolet light can be activated to help as a disinfectant device to kill bacteria and viruses on any cell phones or other objects in the receptacle.
This system is characterized in that:the cylinder is made up of a locking block (3) of parallelepipedal shape that is able to be received in a receiving block (5),it comprises locking means which are activated when the locking block (3) is introduced into the receiving block (5).
A locking clasp 40 is provided for inserting through an opening 36 in plate 32 in order to prevent the door latch 12 from being opened from the opposite side of the door.
Lockable Door Hardware Assembly
A lockable door hardware assembly for securing a door in closed configuration includes a mortice lock that is coupled to a door. The mortice lock comprises a latch bolt, which in turn comprises a head and a shaft. The head is circumferentially larger than the shaft. A strike plate is mounted to a doorframe in which the door is positioned. A channel extends into the door from an interior surface of the door so that the head of the latch bolt is positioned between the doorframe and the channel when the latch bolt is extended through the strike plate. A rod is selectively insertable into the channel. The rod is positioned to abut the head of the latch bolt to prevent the latch bolt from retracting from the strike plate, thereby rendering the door unlockable from either side of the door.
Computing device security lock
A base member for a tablet computing device including a fastener to removably couple a tablet computing device to the base. A receptacle can receive a security lock to secure the base, wherein the security lock is to prevent the fastener from releasing the tablet computing device in a first mode and allows the releasing of the tablet computing device in a second mode.
Door Lock Assembly
A door lock assembly includes a door lock that is installed in a door of a building. The door lock includes a pair of door knobs and a latch bolt. The latch bolt engages a recess in a doorjamb when the door is closed for retaining the door in a closed position. Conversely, the latch bolt disengages the recess in the doorjamb when either of the door knobs is rotated thereby facilitating the door to be opened. A pin is extendable though the latch bolt of the door lock when the door is closed such that the pin abuts the door. In this way the latch bolt is inhibited from being urged into an unlocking position thereby inhibiting an intruder from defeating the door lock and opening the door.
