Systems, devices, and/or methods for managing door locks
Certain exemplary embodiments can provide a system, which can comprise a securement. The securement comprises a rising member and defining at least a first slot. The system can comprise a locking member, the locking member defining an aperture. Wherein, when operatively coupled to the securement, a padlock coupled to the locking member via the aperture prevents removal of the locking member from the securement.
Attack-resistant and weather-resistant lock
A lock can include attack-resistant and/or weather-resistant features. Attack-resistant features can include a sacrificial link between a locking mechanism and an external keyway covering an exterior face of the locking mechanism. The sacrificial link can break during a torque attack on the lock such that the full force of the torque attack is not applied to the locking mechanism. Weather-resistant features can include drain openings in one or more housing components external to the locking mechanism to facilitate drainage of liquid matter from the lock before the liquid matter reaches the locking mechanism.
Dust-proof and anti-theft tubular lock assembly
A tubular lock assembly has a tubular lock, a cover, and a disassembling unit. The tubular lock has an annular keyhole and a cover screw hole enclosed by the keyhole. The cover is detachably assembled with the tubular lock, and has a covering board segment, a screw rod segment, and a first fitting segment. The covering board segment covers the keyhole. The screw rod segment is detachably screwed in the cover screw hole of the tubular lock. The first fitting segment is formed on the covering board segment. The disassembling unit has a second fitting segment. The second fitting segment corresponds in shape and size with the first fitting segment of the cover, such that the second fitting segment is adapted to engage with the first fitting segment, and the disassembling unit is capable of rotating the cover.

LOCK SHIELDING STRUCTURE HAVING FINGERPRINT MODULE AND SMART LOCK
The present disclosure provides a lock shielding structure having fingerprint module and a smart lock, the lock shielding structure having fingerprint module includes a cover for shielding a lock body, the cover comprises a rear plate and a front cover, a through hole is provided on the front cover, a fingerprint module is arranged in the through hole, a rear end face of the rear plate is equipped with an insertion shaft, a wire hole running through a front and a rear of the rear plate is defined on a position of the rear plate corresponding to the insertion shaft, and a wire in the lock body extends through the wire hole and connects to the fingerprint module. This not only saves volume, but also reduces holes in other parts, and makes the appearance more beautiful.
System for lock keyway access monitoring
A system may include a lock assembly having secured and unsecured conditions and having an opening for receiving a lock actuating object. An access restriction element may be positionable with respect to the lock assembly to affect access to the opening of the lock assembly. The access restriction element may have at least two conditions, a blocking condition in which the access restriction element at least partially obstructs access to the opening of the lock assembly and an access condition in which the access restriction element is configured to permit access to the opening of the lock assembly. The system may also include an access detection assembly configured to detect attempted access to the opening of the lock assembly by sensing changing of the access restriction element from the blocking condition to the access condition.
Security lock system for a fifth wheel hitch
A security lock system for a fifth wheel hitch is system that restricts access to the connection between a fifth wheel hitch and a truck bed. The system includes a receiver lock, a fifth wheel hitch, a first sleeve, a second sleeve, a lock engagement channel, and a key. The receiver lock shields a securing mechanism of the fifth wheel hitch. The receiver lock connects with a base frame of the fifth wheel hitch through the lock engagement channel. The first sleeve and the second sleeve uphold the receiver lock against the lock engagement channel. A retractable locking bolt and a locking assembly are connected to each other with the key. The retractable locking bolt and the locking assembly remain stationary as the retractable locking bolt includes a first tubular body and a first stopper, and the locking assembly includes a second tubular body and a second stopper.
Lock device
A lock device is provided. The lock device includes a housing with a front opening at an end; a rotating hook disposed in the housing and being rotatable relative to the housing, the rotating hook including a front-end portion and a rear-end portion, the front-end portion at least partially protruding from the front opening, and the rear-end portion extending toward a direction opposite to the front-end portion; a driving device disposed in the housing and selectively moveable to change widths by which the front-end portion is opened respectively; and a lock body disposed in the housing, when the lock body is locked, the lock body restricting a movement of the driving device.
Weather resistant lock
A weather resistant tumbler lock has an elongated body, and defines a longitudinal axis. The lock is interchangeable with another lock having a corresponding asymmetrical perimeter profile with an opening in a top surface sealed with a cap, the other lock having a different rotatable core and a different configuration of tumblers. A drainway provides a channel for water to flow outwardly from the interior of a shell housing, a rotatable core and a keyway within the core, to a drain below the lock. The drain connects to a channel through a lower edge. The core provides an arcuate gap in a lower quadrant adjacent the interior surface of the shell for fluid communication with the drainway. A method includes identifying a substitute tumbler lock with an impermeable outer wall for replacing another lock having an identical outer perimeter profile and a permeable closed opening on its top surface.
Padlock with key-retaining cover
A padlock configured to be locked and unlocked by a key includes a key-retaining cover. The padlock includes a lock body having an internal cavity with a locking mechanism received therein. The locking mechanism is a linear lock configured to receive the key through a keyhole to lock and unlock the padlock. A direction of insertion of the key into the locking mechanism is parallel with a direction of displacement of a plurality of tumblers in the locking mechanism thereby creating an outward ejection force on a fully-inserted key. The cover is disposed on the locking mechanism proximate the keyhole. The cover is configured to retain the key in position relative to the locking mechanism against the outward ejection force after the key is received in therein.
