The axle is fixed to the frame, and the lever arm is fixed to the axle. A door lock assembly is operable to lock the door in a closed position. The door lock assembly includes a latch and an actuator that is operable to move the latch between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The latch is engaged with the lever arm of the door when the latch is in the engaged position.
Handle device
Handle device for operating doors, windows and the like. The handle device comprises a first element (3, 103), which is rotatable about an axis of rotation, a second element (8, 108), and a coupling device (10, 110) which is arranged to selectively allow and prevent relative rotation about the axis of rotation between the first and the second element. The coupling device comprises a first coupling member (11, 111) which is connected to or forming an integral part of the first element. A second coupling member (12) is connected to or forming an integral part of the second element (112). At least one engaging member (13, 13, 113, 114) is movable between an engagement position in which it simultaneously engages the first and the second coupling members to thereby prevent relative rotation between the first and second element and a release position in which it is disengaged from at least one of the first and second coupling members to thereby allow relative rotation between the first and second element. An actuator (22, 122) is arranged to move the engaging member between the engagement position and the release position. The engaging member (13, 14, 113, 114) is pivotally mounted to the first coupling member (11,111) and arranged to pivotally move between the engagement position and the release position.
Sliding Latch
The invention is a sliding latch with a bolt sliding in and out of a primary housing from a closed condition to an open condition on a sled that also slides in the housing. A spring biases the bolt to extend out of the housing to the closed condition. The bolt can be moved to an open condition by an electric motor mounted on the sled that rotates a threaded member to move a nut in a cavity in the bolt that pulls the bolt against the spring bias. The bolt can also be moved to an open condition by a force directly on the bolt against the spring bias. The bolt can also be moved to an open condition by a force pulling on the sled to move the sled and nut so the nut pulls the bolt against the spring bias to an open condition.
Wireless controlled blocking apparatus and single point locking system
A wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus to enable a single-point locking system for securing multiple access points on a cabinet panel. Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide for a wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus to enable a single-point locking system for securing multiple access points. In accordance with certain embodiments, the wirelessly controlled blocking apparatus is utilized to secure an access panel of an enclosure, such as an electronics cabinet. In accordance with certain preferred embodiments, an electronics cabinet comprises a plurality of quarter-turn cam latches being installed on the access panel and configured to selectively secure the access panel to an opening of the enclosure.
DOOR LOCK MODULE FOR AN INTERIOR AIRCRAFT DOOR AND AIRCRAFT DOOR LOCK WITH DRIVE
A lock module for a door in an aircraft has a lock with a blocking element and a non-self-locking drive for moving the blocking element. A blocking sensor detects a blocked position and an unblocked position of the blocking element. A control unit receives a blocking signal from the sensor and activates the drive based on the blocking signals of the blocking sensor(s). A module portion of the door leaf has at least the lock, the drive, and the blocking sensor structurally integrated therein. There is also described a door for the space with a lock module where the door leaf of the door contains the module portion, and a space of an aircraft which is closed by the door.
Modular electronic deadbolt systems
A modular electronic deadbolt includes a bolt module having a first housing defining a first longitudinal axis, a motor disposed in the first housing, and a deadbolt configured to be linearly moveable in relation to the first housing along the first longitudinal axis by the motor. The modular electronic deadbolt also includes a battery module configured to be operatively coupled to the bolt module. The battery module includes a second housing configured to receive a power source, and a face plate coupled to the second housing. The faceplate defines a second longitudinal axis and includes an extension that extends along the second longitudinal axis. The extension is configured to removably couple the bolt module to the battery module such that the first longitudinal axis is substantially orthogonal to the second longitudinal axis.
LOCK DRIVE ASSEMBLIES
An illustrative motor drive assembly is configured for use in a lockset comprising a case, a longitudinally movable link, and a catch configured to move among a locking position and an unlocking position in response to longitudinal movement of the link. The illustrative motor drive assembly includes a longitudinally extending shaft comprising a worm, a motor operable to rotate the shaft, a driver engaged with the worm, and a longitudinally extending spring. The spring is not directly engaged with the worm, and includes a first end coupled with the driver and a second end connectable with the link. Engagement between the worm and driver is configured to longitudinally move the driver in response to rotation of the shaft.
Manipulator for an access member, access member comprising the manipulator, system and method
A manipulator for controlling a locking function and a maneuvering function of an access member rotatably coupled to a frame is disclosed. The manipulator includes an actuator configured to provide a substantially linear first actuating movement in a first direction and a substantially linear second actuating movement in a second direction, opposite to the first direction; a latch bolt functionally coupled to the actuator, the latch bolt arranged to move to an unlocking position in response to movement of the actuator in the first direction and arranged to move to a locking position in response to movement of the actuator in the second direction; and a transmission mechanism functionally coupled to the actuator, the transmission mechanism configured to transmit the first actuating movement in the first direction provided by the actuator to an opening movement of the access member.
