LOCKSET ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
A lockset apparatus according to certain embodiments includes one or more features that facilitate the assembly and/or installation of the lockset. By way of example, certain embodiments relate to an outside trim assembly including one or more features that facilitate installation of a spring cage, a lock module, a lock cylinder, a light guide, a battery tamper monitor, and/or a request to exit sensor. In certain forms, an outside trim assembly and/or an inside trim assembly may be utilized across multiple formats of access control device, such as the mortise format, the tubular format, and/or the exit format.

Universal latch handle
A door handle assembly for use with a door is provided with a base plate, a door handle having a working end pivotally connected to the base plate and a free end opposite of the working end configured for manipulation by an operator. An adapter plate mounted on the working end of the door handle and a cam lever are also included in the present door handle assembly. A securable end of the cam lever is affixable to the adapter plate, and a free end of the cam lever is configured for engagement with a cam, for activating a door latch assembly.
Tamper resistant sash lock
A tamper-resistant sash window lock includes a housing, a shaft, a cam, and a lever member. An interior surface of the housing wall that defines a cavity. A portion of the interior surface of the housing wall is curved about a hole in the housing, with a distal end of the wall portion formed into a lock surface. The shaft is rotatably mounted in the hole, and a hub of the cam is rotatably mounted on the shaft. The cam has a cantilevered arm with a lock surface and an engagement surface. The lever member is fixedly secured to the shaft, for a first side thereof to engage and drive the cam hub in a first rotational direction into a lock position when the shaft is actuated in the first rotational direction, so the lock surface of the cantilevered arm engages the lock surface of the housing preventing forced entry.

Pull handle structure
A pull handle structure includes a carrier mounted on a first object, a pull handle movably assembled to the carrier, and a limiting section located on the pull handle for connecting to, interfering with or engaging with a second object. By operating the pull handle to move the carrier, the first object can be engaged with or separated from the second object. Therefore, the pull handle structure has the advantages of being securely lockable in place and operable in an easy, convenient, effortless and quick manner.

Trim assembly for a door lock and method of assembling a handle thereof
The method can include: introducing a neck portion of the handle in a receiving aperture of the frame and thereby positioning a second engagement member of the neck into a tangential engagement with a first engagement member of a rotary holder, and positioning a transversal groove defined in the neck portion in axial alignment with a clip axially trapped in a cam cavity of the frame, the clip further being tangentially trapped by the rotary holder but free to slide in a radial orientation relative to the rotary holder; and rotating the rotary holder around the rotation axis, via rotation of the handle, along a camming angle, the rotary holder thereby pivoting a clip around the rotation axis, inside a cam cavity, the cam cavity pushing the clip radially inwards during said pivoting, until it is engaged in the transversal groove, preventing axial retraction of the neck portion thereafter.
