LOCK
A lock comprising a housing assembly, an actuatable lock assembly and a locking shell assembly. The housing assembly has a cavity and a bore. The actuatable lock assembly is rotatable between a closed orientation and an open orientation, and includes an outer body and an inner body. The inner body has a knob and an elongated shaft with an axial pin that interfaces with a slot in the outer body. The locking shell assembly has a shell housing bore extending therethrough. A rear portion of the shell housing has a slot with a longitudinal first portion and a transverse second portion. The axial pin is slidably movable along the longitudinal first portion and slidably movable along the transverse second portion upon rotation of the inner body relative to the shell housing.
Door locking system
A locking system for a door, including a primary locking mechanism and a secondary locking mechanism, in which the primary locking mechanism includes an electrical actuator that causes a first plate and a second plate to be magnetically attracted to one another when actuated such that rotation of a doorknob effects a corresponding rotation of the spindle, and in which the secondary locking mechanism includes a detent that is formed in a knob collar and an aperture that extends through a rotator collar; and a pin that is translatable through the aperture to be disposed in the detent of the knob collar, when the secondary locking mechanism is in an unlocked condition, such that the knob collar and the rotator collar are rotatably fixed to one another.
Secure in-door parcel receiving apparatus
A secure in-door parcel receiving apparatus may be installed into an aperture of a barrier such as a garage door in order to receive delivered parcels to the interior of a residence or other location so as to avoid package theft and environmental hazards parcels may be exposed to if left outdoors when delivered. An interior frame is connected to an inside of the barrier within the barrier aperture. An exterior frame is connected to the interior frame and supports a hinged closure. A locking mechanism releasably secures the closure in a closed position, occluding the aperture, until a parcel is to be delivered, whereupon a parcel delivery worker may provide input to a user interface, such as a combination lock, of the locking mechanism in order to disengage the locking mechanism, open the closure, and deliver the parcel through the aperture into the interior location behind the barrier.

In-vehicle locking safe with detachment and breach resistant security features
An in-vehicle locking safe system comprising a lockbox having one or more walls defining an enclosure, wherein the lockbox is configured with one or more apertures in one or more lockbox walls. The in-vehicle locking safe system further comprises a vehicle structural element including one or more studs configured to be inserted within one or more apertures in one or more lockbox walls, and a fastener component coupled to a portion of the one or more studs at a location inside the enclosure of the lockbox. In some embodiments, the vehicle structural element includes one or more of a vehicle chassis, a slider rail, a slider track, and/or a floor layer.
GARAGE DOOR OPERATOR WITH CAMERA
Disclosed is an operator for a garage door including one or more cameras. The operator consists of a motor, a traction mechanism connected with the motor, a door connected with the traction mechanism, wherein operation of the motor causes the traction mechanism to open and/or close the door and wherein the door is located in a doorway, a controller operatively connected with the motor to open and close the door, an imaging system connected with the controller and positioned to collect image data, and a communication system connected with the controller, the communication system adapted to send data, including image data, from the controller and to communicate command signals to the controller, wherein image data is sent to a remote user device and command signals are received from the remote user device. The controller is also connected to one or more lock actuators that can lock and unlock the garage door as well as one or more man doors. Image data is used to control operation of the door, to lock and unlock the door in response to event, such as the delivery of a package, and lock and unlock the man doors to allow access to a dwelling and to secure the dwelling.
Electronic door lock
An electric door lock uses an interface to receive a credential to disengage a door lock. The interface is disposed on the user-graspable handle. The interface may comprise a sensor that receives a credential, such as an alphanumeric or symbolic code, a biometric input, or any appropriate combination of inputs. After a credential is entered, a gesture may be input to the interface to indicate that the credential is complete and prompt a controller to disengage the lock device. A gesture may comprise a motion or series or motions. The electric door lock also provides a control system that can be networked to allow remote entry of a credential. The control system can also control a plurality of door handles through a single door, or provide controls through remote devices.
