DOOR BRACKET ASSEMBLY
20230212894 · 2023-07-06 ·

The present invention discloses a door bracket assembly in a locked and unlocked position according to a door situation of the either being closed or open. The door bracket includes a locking assembly to perform a locking mechanism with a pair of locking elements. The pair of locking elements is in a first position, where the locking mechanism is disengaged and the door bracket is unlocked. In a second position, where the locking mechanism is engaged and the sliding door latch is locked.

CHILD-PROOF LOCK AND UNLOCKING AND LOCKING METHOD THEREOF

The disclosure pertains to a child-proof lock and an unlocking and locking method thereof, the child-proof lock comprises a first lock member and a second lock member, the second lock member is slidably provided on two rod portions of a first rod portion, and the second lock member is displaced outward to disengage from one rod portion, and is then rotated about the other rod portion as an axis of rotation to form an opening for releasing handles for unlocking.

Cabinet security system

A process and apparatus for providing a cabinet security system is disclosed. The system includes a magnetic lock to be mounted on a movable cabinet panel and a catch that is mounted on a cabinet frame and configured to engage the magnetic lock to hold the cabinet panel in a closed position relative to the cabinet frame.

Magnetic safety gate latch

A magnetic safety gate latch assembly and method of operation. The assembly includes: a pool latch tube, a user-actuated lid coupled to the top end of the pool latch tube; a rotatable shaft within the pool latch tube, an upper end of the shaft rigidly coupled to the lid, and a lower end of the shaft including a shaped base. The assembly further includes a magnet housing that at least partially encloses the shaped base and includes an aperture to cooperatively engage with the shaped base. The assembly further includes a bottom cover coupled to the lower end of the pool latch tube and enclosing the magnet housing, the bottom cover including an aperture facing a latch pin housing, the aperture positioned to expose a magnet. The assembly further includes a ferromagnetic latch pin and housing, and a magnetic latch pin guide slidably enclosing the latch pin.

Power child lock device

A power child lock device includes a rotation driving mechanism, a switch link connected to the rotation driving mechanism so as to be moved vertically by a rotational force of the rotation driving means, an inside handle lever cooperatively connected to an inside handle installed in a door of a vehicle, a release lever connected to a door catch and configured to lock or release the door catch, and a power child lever configured to selectively connect or separate the inside handle lever and the release lever by being moved by the switch link.

Retractable Security Latch with Striker

Apparatus and associated methods relate to a selectively operated safety latch having an active mode and a stowed mode. In an illustrative example, a retractable safety latch may include a tongue element extending in a first plane and a base element extending in a second plane. The tongue element, for example, may include multiple mode selection slots. The base element may include a brace slot. For example, one of the multiple mode selection slots and the brace slot may receive a security pin long a longitudinal axis so that a predetermined mode is selected. In the active mode, the tongue element extends away from the base element to releasably engage a striker element. In the inactive mode, the first plane and the second plane are substantially parallel such that the tongue element is prevented from engaging the striker element. Various embodiments may advantageously provide quick switching security latch operations.

EXIT DEVICE WITH REMOTE TRIM INPUT

An exemplary closure assembly includes a swinging barrier, a pushbar assembly mounted to a first side of the barrier, a remote trim assembly mounted to a second side of the barrier, and a transmission assembly that extends at least partially through the barrier and couples remote trim assembly and the pushbar assembly. The pushbar assembly includes a latchbolt and a pushbar operable to retract the latchbolt. The remote trim includes a handle that is operably coupled with the latchbolt via the transmission assembly such that the handle is operable to retract the latchbolt. The handle is positioned above the pushbar such that a vertical offset distance is defined therebetween. The offset distance is selected such that a user having a height within a selected range of heights is able to actuate the pushbar assembly, but cannot actuate the trim assembly.

Lifting device for playard

A lifting device for a playard includes a slide rail and a connector. A slide groove is provided on a left side of the slide rail. A slide portion cooperating with the slide groove is provided on a right side of the connector. A movable part capable of left-right movement is provided in the connector. The movable part is translationally connected with a pulling member. An upper part of the pulling member is hinged with the connector. A positioning post is fixed on a right end surface of the movable part. A positioning hole is provided on the right side of the connector. A plurality of limiting holes are provided on the left side of the slide rail. A front end surface of the pulling member is provided with a post hole extending backward. The post hole is provided therein with a pressing post adapted to the post hole.

A safety gate has a gate body and two first locking units. The gate body has two first connecting elements. The two first locking units are respectively mounted on two opposite sides of a door frame. Each first locking unit has a second connecting element and a blocking element. When the safety gate is closed, each of the first connecting elements is connected with a respective one of the second connecting elements. Each blocking element has a blocking position for blocking a corresponding first connecting element to prevent the corresponding first connecting element from being disengaged from the second connecting element and a pressed position to allow-the corresponding first connecting element to detach from the second connecting element of the first locking unit.

A door top child safety lock mechanism comprises a body slidably mountable on a door top and a channel and a locking plate. The channel includes a web extending between first and second flanges. The lock plate extends from the first flange and defines a locking slot extending along a slot axis. The lock plate further defines an interlock cut-out formed along a distal edge, relative to the first flange, of the locking slot, wherein first width W.sub.G at the interlock cut-out is greater than second width W.sub.L in a region that is laterally intervening between the interlock cut-out and the open end of the locking slot. A peg is mountable to a door frame and configured to slide through the open end of the locking slot and between the proximal and distal edges of the locking slot.
