Smart table with built-in lockers
Systems and apparatuses for safety deposit box access using a smart table and a locker are described herein. A safety deposit box access system includes a smart table and a locker. The smart table includes a processing circuit configured to receive an appointment request from a customer user device. The processing circuit is further configured to authenticate the customer, verify the customer is authorized to access the safety deposit box, release the safety deposit box from the locker, measure the change in weight of the safety deposit box, lock the locker, and transmit a notification to the customer when the safety deposit box has been returned to the vault.
SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR CONTAINERS
Security systems and methods are disclosed. A security system can be employed with a mobile, unpowered container having a door movable between an open orientation and a closed orientation. The security system can include an enclosure and a switch movable between a closed configuration and an open configuration upon movement of the door between the open orientation and the closed orientation. The security system can further include a battery pack in communication with the switch. The security system can also include a security device. The battery pack can be configured to operably power the security device when the switch is in the closed configuration. The security system can be attached to the container with a magnet and/or an array of magnets enclosed in a flexible magnetic mat. The security system can be deployed for a plurality of deployment cycles.

METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ACCESS TO MEDICATIONS
The exemplary embodiments herein provide a method for controlling access to medications. The method preferably includes the step of electronically unlocking a lid for a single bin out of a plurality of bins within a delivery module at a first location, to accept a medication into the unlocked bin, where the rest of the bins in the same delivery module remain locked. The method should then engage a mechanical lock on the lid once it has been closed, maintain the bin in a locked state during transport to a second location, and engage a mechanical lock on the delivery module once it has been lowered into a drawer at the second location.
Cabinet security system
A process and apparatus for providing a cabinet security system is disclosed. The system includes a magnetic lock to be mounted on a movable cabinet panel and a catch that is mounted on a cabinet frame and configured to engage the magnetic lock to hold the cabinet panel in a closed position relative to the cabinet frame.

Remotely controlled cabinet assembly
A remotely controlled cabinet assembly includes a cabinet unit that includes a central cabinet and a door that is hingedly coupled to the central cabinet. A plurality of locking units is each coupled to the central cabinet. Each of the locking units releasably engages the door for locking the door on the central cabinet. A control unit is coupled to the cabinet unit and the control unit is electrically coupled to each of the locking units. The control unit actuates each of the locking units to disengage and thusly unlock the door on the central cabinet. A keypad is coupled to the door and each of the locks disengages the door when an alpha-numeric code is entered into the keypad. An electronic device is carried by a user and the electronic device transmits an unlock command to the control unit for remotely unlocking the door on the central cabinet.
Retractable Security Latch with Striker
Apparatus and associated methods relate to a selectively operated safety latch having an active mode and a stowed mode. In an illustrative example, a retractable safety latch may include a tongue element extending in a first plane and a base element extending in a second plane. The tongue element, for example, may include multiple mode selection slots. The base element may include a brace slot. For example, one of the multiple mode selection slots and the brace slot may receive a security pin long a longitudinal axis so that a predetermined mode is selected. In the active mode, the tongue element extends away from the base element to releasably engage a striker element. In the inactive mode, the first plane and the second plane are substantially parallel such that the tongue element is prevented from engaging the striker element. Various embodiments may advantageously provide quick switching security latch operations.
ITEM OF FURNITURE, IN PARTICULAR A CABINET
An item of furniture includes a first and a second side wall, a rear wall, a base arrangement, and a cover arrangement which delimit a receiving space. An opening is located between the first and the second side wall and in a closed position is closable by a closure flap that includes a first and a second guide device. A first and a second suspension frame are arranged on an upper end face of the first and second side wall, respectively, and point in a direction of the cover arrangement. The first and second guide device are arranged in a region of a first and second side, respectively, of the closure flap and are in mechanical contact with the first and second suspension frame, respectively, over the entire movement path of the closure flap from the open position into the closed position.
