A door armrest structure of a vehicle includes: an armrest pivot including a first end portion rotatably coupled to the door internal panel, and a second end portion extending into the vehicle body through the door trim; an armrest including a first end portion connected to the second end portion of the armrest pivot and operating to be rotated according to rotation of the armrest pivot; a drive motor connected to the armrest pivot and operating to rotate the armrest pivot according to an opening signal or a closing signal of the door; and a supporting pin that supports the second end portion of the armrest to be fixed when the armrest rotates and forms an angle which is parallel to a bottom surface of the vehicle body.
VEHICULAR EXTERIOR ACTUATOR WITH RATCHET MECHANISM
A vehicular exterior door handle assembly includes a base, a handle movable relative to the base between recessed and deployed positions, an actuator that is operable to move the handle between the positions, and a connection mechanism that pivots relative to the base to move the handle between the positions. The actuator operates to pull and release a cable to pivot the connection mechanism to move the handle. The connection mechanism, when the actuator is operated to pull the cable, pivots in a first direction to move the handle from the recessed toward the deployed position. A biasing element of the connection mechanism biases the connection mechanism in a second direction to move the handle toward the recessed position when the actuator releases the cable. Responsive to cable tension being reduced by a threshold amount, the connection mechanism adjusts to increase tension.
Integrated door release and present system
A system is used to control access into a vehicle having a vehicle body defining a vehicle interior, a vehicle exterior, and an access opening. The vehicle also has an access door for selectively covering and uncovering at least a portion of the access opening. The system includes a latch configured to selectively fasten the door to the vehicle body and release the door therefrom. The system also includes a cable configured to operate the latch and thereby release the door from the vehicle body. The system additionally includes a door presenter configured to shift the door away from the vehicle body. The system also includes a mechanism configured to sequentially actuate the cable and the door presenter. The system further includes an electric motor configured to power the mechanism such that the door is shifted away from the vehicle body by the door presenter after the door is released.

A linear drive assembly for use with a vehicle including a vehicle body and a closure. The linear drive assembly may include a stationary portion and a translating portion. The translating portion may include a first end portion and a second end portion. The first end portion may be configured to pivot and translate about a vehicle attachment member. The second end portion may be configured to pivot and translate about a closure attachment member and be coupled to a cable operatively coupled to an actuator. When the second end translates about the closure attachment member, the cable may be pulled to actuate the actuator.

A door system for a vehicle includes a vehicle door, a closing unit, an operating element arranged on the vehicle door for a vehicle user, a first light source, and a control unit. The first light source is arranged such that the first light source illuminates segments of the vehicle door and/or body in the region of the door gap. The control unit receives signals of an electronic key for the vehicle and controls the closing unit depending on signals of the electronic key, and the first light source depending on the closure state of the vehicle door and/or depending on a communication state of the electronic key with the control unit of the vehicle. For a defined closure state of the vehicle door or a defined communication state of the electronic key with the control unit, the control unit illuminates a location of the segments of the vehicle door assigned to the operating element and/or the segments of the body.
Activation device for at least two spatially separated motor vehicle closure units
An activation device for at least two spatially separated motor vehicle closure units, for example for a tailgate latch on the one hand and a fuel filler door latch on the other hand. The activation device possesses a linear drive with a linear actuator. Dependent on its activation direction, the linear drive impinges either the first motor vehicle closure unit or the other second motor vehicle closure unit. According to the invention, dependent on its actuating direction, the linear actuator impinges at least a pivotable activation lever to interact with either the first motor vehicle closure unit or the other second motor vehicle closure unit.

The device furthermore has a mechanical control or switching mechanism, in particular in the form of or with a gearing mechanism, wherein the mechanical control or switching mechanism is designed such that, when the drive shaft rotates, a rotational movement of the drive shaft can be picked off by the mechanical control or switching mechanism for the purposes of manipulating at least one functional component of the charging and/or filler-neck compartment system as required.

Provided is a vehicle door latch device capable of shortening of energization time to an electrical drive source while a moving member is restrained by abutting against a stopper portion and improvement of durability of the electrical drive source. A control unit of the door latch device controls an electric motor for driving a sector gear in a release direction based on a door operation of an operation switch, and controls to stop a power supply to the electric motor when the latch is rotated from the full-latch position to the open position and a full-latch detecting switch is activated while the moving member is brought into abutment with the stopper portion and is stopped.
POWER DOOR PRESENTER WITH LATCHING FEATURE
A power door presenter system for pivoting a vehicle door relative to a vehicle body between a closed position and a partially open deployed position includes a presenter assembly mounted to one of the vehicle body and the vehicle door with an auxiliary striker fixed to the other one of the vehicle body and the vehicle door. The presenter assembly has an extensible member configured for movement between retracted and extended positions corresponding to the closed and deployed positions and an auxiliary latch mechanism movable between latched engagement with the auxiliary striker when the vehicle door is indicated as not being under manual control of a user to allow automated return of the vehicle door to the closed position and unlatched engagement from the auxiliary striker when the vehicle door is indicated as being under manual control of the user to allow the door to be moved to a fully opened position.
