LOCK FOR MOVABLE FREIGHT CONTAINER CARGO DOOR
A lock for permanent attachment to a movable freight container cargo door as a replacement for a prior art hasp or a prior art keeper. The lock is configured for permanent attachment to the cargo door using pre-existing hole locations for the prior art hasp or keeper. The lock comprises a straight shackle and a c-shaped lock body and is configured to retain a door handle between the shackle and the back of the c-shaped lock body. The shackle is locked into the lock body using a shackle lock element that engages with a groove in the shackle. The shackle groove is perpendicular to the shaft of the shackle. The shackle lock element is pressed into the groove using by one or more springs in linear direction that is perpendicular to the length of the shackle and perpendicular to the groove, and released from the groove through by a lock module, which could be a lock cylinder or an electronic lock module. Axial movement of the shackle to prevent the shackle from being completely removed from the lock body is accomplished by a screw in the lock body that rides into a longitudinal slot in the shaft of the shackle.
INNER LOCK OF CONTAINER DOOR
An inner lock of a door of a container is provided, in which the door of the container includes: a plurality of locking rods installed on an outer side of the door; a handle formed on the locking rods; a retainer which is coupled to the door and on which the handle is seated; and a handle hatch which is rotatably coupled to an upper side of the retainer and binds or releases the handle, and the inner lock includes a rotation shaft passed through the door and extended to an inner side and an outer side of the container; a plate coupled to the rotation shaft extended to the inner side; a lifting member rotatably coupled to the plate; and a locking bar coupled to a lower side of the lifting member to lock or unlock the door by being fixed to or separated from a lower frame, in which the handle hatch is coupled to the rotation shaft extended to the outer side such that the locking bar is manipulated by rotating the rotation shaft from the outer side of the door.

CONCEALED HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR A DOOR
The invention relates to a concealed pivot hinge assembly [10] suitable for hingedly mounting a door [12] to a frame, particularly, although not exclusively, for connecting doors of storage, shipping and cargo containers, such as those which may be used on ships, rail lines and trucks, to a container in order to protect against theft. The concealed pivot hinge assembly [10] is characterised therein that it comprises a continuous, elongate hinge extending between and pivotably secured at two opposing ends thereof to the frame such that the hinge assembly [10] also constitutes a door post about which the door [12] is swiveled. The hinge assembly [10] comprises an internal axle shaft [18] which is secured at two opposing ends thereof to the frame; and an external load-bearing shaft [20] which extends coaxially with the internal shaft [18] and is pivotally secured at two opposing ends thereof to the frame such that the external shaft [20] is pivotable relative to the internal shaft [18], the arrangement being such that the door [12] is secured to the external shaft [20] so that pivoting of the external shaft [20] swivels the door [12] between a closed and an open position. The invention extends to a door [12] and a container [44] including such a concealed hinge assembly [10]. The invention also includes a remotely operable locking mechanism [56] for use in connection with such doors [12].
TRAILER DOOR HASP LOCK
A dual hasp conventional trailer door lock has a lever arm that is secured between a fixed lower hasp and a swivel upper hasp so as to align an upper hasp hole with a lower hasp hole. The present invention has an elongate body that rests against the door to cover the two hasps. A lockable pin is manually pushed through the holes from a key end to an anchor end of the lock body. An electronic motion sensor is housed in a hollow in the body. Any tampering of the body triggers any one of an alarm sound and/or phone transmission and/or flashing strobe light.
SECURITY LOCKING ASSEMBLY FOR SHIPPING CONTAINER DOORS
A locking device for preferred securement to the locking bars located on the doors of shipping container. The device includes a main frame and two preferably J-shaped plates. The a hub portion along with a first plate define an first securement area for the locking device to a first locking bar and a movable member along with a second plate define a second securement area for the second locking bar. A lock having a main shaft is inserted into the main frame and prevents the plates from being pulled outward. The lock is maintain in positioned by a solenoid which is disposed within a portion of the main frame in a closed/locked position preventing the lock and main shaft from being pulled out of the main frame. Upon receipt of an authorized remote command or password the solenoid is caused to be retracted allowing the main shaft to be move and freeing the two plates so that they can be pulled outwards allowing the locking device to be removed from the locking bars.
CARGO CONTAINMENT STRUCTURE 360 DEGREE DOOR SYSTEM
A semi-trailer structure swinging door system having one or more doors capable of swinging on double pivoting joints such that said door or doors can be opened both outward of the cargo containment structure and inward into the cargo containment structure. Various aspects of the joint provide for the joint as an insert and the joint having a sigmoid shape construction; the doors are capable of being secured by a latching mechanism in a closed position.
Drive arrangement for adjusting a flap of a motor vehicle
A drive arrangement for adjusting a flap, in particular a tailgate, of a motor vehicle, which in the mounted state is mounted on a body of the motor vehicle so as to be pivotable about a flap pivot axis and which can be adjusted between an open position and a closed position over a pivot angle. It is proposed that the drive arrangement comprises a torsion spring arrangement having a torsion spring, the torsion spring being adapted to generate a torsional torque about a torsion axis, that the torsion axis is arranged with an offset to the flap pivot axis, and that the drive arrangement comprises a first gear unit which converts the torsional torque into a supporting force or torque acting on the flap in the direction of the closed position or in the direction of the open position thereof.

Electronic Seal and Location Lock
The present invention is an improved electronic lock for use on cargo containers, storage trailers, tractor-trailers, houses, sheds, vehicles or other structures. The improved electronic lock communicates with a mobile wireless communication device such as a smart phone, and may be selectively locked or unlocked. The improved electronic lock may be configured as two independent locking mechanisms within one locking unit and having a traditional shackle-style locking portion and another locking shank portion for securing (or sealing) door latch bars commonly found on tractor-trailer cargo doors. The improved electronic lock further includes a Global Positioning System (GPS) so that the secured (or sealed) cargo container or trailer can be tracked by the improved lock device's location.
