The compression mechanism is configured to allow rotation of the handle between the resting position and the depressed position. The compression mechanism includes a plunger and a biasing member. The plunger is coupled to one of the housing or the handle and translatable between a first position when the handle is in the resting position and a second position when the handle is in the depressed position. The biasing member is coupled to one of the housing or the handle and configured to bias the plunger between the first position and the second position.
Retractable outside door handle assembly
A retractable outside door handle assembly may include a handle unit including a pushing portion and an outside door handle mounted selectively protruded outwardly to a handle housing, an actuator including a drive motor, a worm connected to the drive motor, a worm wheel engaging with the worm, and an operation rod that moves according to rotation of the worm wheel to push the pushing portion, and a door latch lever that is rotatably mounted on the handle housing and rotates during operation of the outside door handle protruded by operation of the actuator.
Handle device for a motor vehicle door
A handle device for a motor vehicle door includes a door handle, which is hinged at both ends to an electrically driven movement kinematic system. A first end of the door handle is rotatable outwards via a motor-operated pivot lever. A push rod is hinged to the pivot lever, the other end of which is hinged to a locking lever, which acts on a toggle lever pair. One end of a first toggle lever is mounted on the housing side and one end of a second toggle lever is hinged to a second end of the door handle. The locking lever is designed, in a standby position, to block a movement of the door handle back into a rest position and to permit a movement into an opening position.

The invention relates to a vehicle door handle (1), comprising a handle frame (5) to be attached on a vehicle door panel (100), handle lever (3) with a total length L movable with respect to the handle frame (5) between at least one rest position (F, R) and an opening position (O) in rotation around a handle lever axis (A) at one of its longitudinal ends, said handle lever (3) having an axially protruding axial finger (35), characterized in that it further comprises a kinematic lever (37), rotatively mobile with respect to the handle frame (5) around a kinematic lever axis (B) between a rest position and an active position, said kinematic lever (37) comprising a first radial arm (39), adapted to interact with a latch mechanism, configured to unlatch the door when the kinematic lever (37) reaches its active position, and a second radial arm (41), intersecting a path of the axial finger (35) of the handle lever (3) and being pushed by said axial finger (35) during rotation of the handle lever (3), so that when the handle lever (3) reaches the opening (O) position, the kinematic lever (37) reaches its active position, wherein the kinematic lever (37) is set in the handle frame (5) in a position axially above the handle lever (3) and with its rotational kinematic lever axis (B) positioned in a middle section of the handle lever (3), radially apart from the handle lever axis (A) at a distance d, verifying 0.9L≥d≥0.1L.
Door handle for a vehicle
The invention concerns a door handle (10) for a vehicle (1), in particular an external door handle (10) for a movable part (2) of the vehicle (1), comprising: a cavity (11) which is at least partially formed by a housing (12) of the door handle (10), and an electronic unit (20), which is received in the cavity (11),
wherein the electronic unit (20) comprises a carrier unit (21), in particular an electric circuit board, such as a printed circuit board or a printed circuit, an electric connector unit (30) which comprises at least one electrically conductive connector element (31), in particular comprising at least one contact pin,
wherein the at least one connector element (31) is fixed, in particular soldered, welded or glued, to the carrier unit (21) in a material-locking manner.
MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR LOCK
A motor vehicle door lock which is equipped with a motor vehicle lock having a locking mechanism that is mounted in a lock case and consists substantially of a rotary latch and a locking pawl. Furthermore, a lock striker that interacts with the locking mechanism is provided, as well as an opener that engages the lock striker during an opening process of an associated motor vehicle door. The opener is acted upon by means of an opening device, at least part of which is integrated in the motor vehicle lock. According to the invention, the opening device is also designed to lift the locking pawl off the rotary latch.
VEHICULAR EXTERIOR ACTUATOR WITH RATCHET MECHANISM
A vehicular exterior door handle assembly includes a base, a handle movable relative to the base between recessed and deployed positions, an actuator that is operable to move the handle between the positions, and a connection mechanism that pivots relative to the base to move the handle between the positions. The actuator operates to pull and release a cable to pivot the connection mechanism to move the handle. The connection mechanism, when the actuator is operated to pull the cable, pivots in a first direction to move the handle from the recessed toward the deployed position. A biasing element of the connection mechanism biases the connection mechanism in a second direction to move the handle toward the recessed position when the actuator releases the cable. Responsive to cable tension being reduced by a threshold amount, the connection mechanism adjusts to increase tension.
Door latch unlocking device
A device for unlocking a door lock associated with a door handle mounted in order to slide in an aperture in the door between an inoperative position wherein the handle is flush with the door and an operative position wherein the handle projects from the door includes a cylinder supported by a holder directly or indirectly attached to the door. The cylinder is connected to an element for unlocking the lock via a part for moving the lock unlocking element, and the cylinder is mounted in the part in order to extend towards the handle at an angle to a direction normal to the door. In one form, the angle is sufficient to allow the cylinder to be introduced into the housing when the handle is in the operative position.
Door Handle Assembly for Vehicle
A door handle assembly for a vehicle having a handle holder, a handle, a slider and an actuator. The handle holder is provided with a rotation shaft extending in a length direction of the vehicle. The handle is connected to the rotation shaft and configured to be pivotable about an axis of the rotation shaft to move between a retracted position and a deployed position. The slider is linearly movably arranged in the handle holder and configured to, by its forward movement in a first direction, bring the handle to rotate from the retracted position to the deployed position, and to be able to move backward in a second direction opposite to the first direction, so that the handle is rotatable from the deployed position to the retracted position. The actuator is configured to drive the slider to move forward in the first direction and backward in the second direction.
