Sliding Latch
The invention is a sliding latch with a bolt sliding in and out of a primary housing from a closed condition to an open condition on a sled that also slides in the housing. A spring biases the bolt to extend out of the housing to the closed condition. The bolt can be moved to an open condition by an electric motor mounted on the sled that rotates a threaded member to move a nut in a cavity in the bolt that pulls the bolt against the spring bias. The bolt can also be moved to an open condition by a force directly on the bolt against the spring bias. The bolt can also be moved to an open condition by a force pulling on the sled to move the sled and nut so the nut pulls the bolt against the spring bias to an open condition.
Magnetic-actuation latch device
The disclosure relates to a magnetic-actuation latch device. The magnetic-actuation latch device includes a housing, a latch element, a sliding plate, an elastic component, a rotating element and a limitation element. A lateral opening of the housing spatially corresponds a first magnetic block mounted on a fixed component. When a second magnetic block of the latch element is aligned to the first magnetic block, an actuation force is generated to drive the latch element to pass through the lateral opening and engage with the fixed component. The elastic component is connected between the sliding plate and the housing. When the rotating element is rotated by an external force, the sliding plate is driven to misalign the second magnetic block from the first magnetic block, and the latch element does not pass through the lateral opening. The limitation element is pivotally connected to the housing for blocking the rotating element.
Handle-locking mechanism and door lock using such mechanism
A handle-locking mechanism for a door comprises a sliding bar, a locking member and a rotatable member all inside a lock body, wherein the rotary motion of the rotatable member drives an upper latch and a lower latch to a locking position and unlocking position; the sliding bar is slidably arranged inside the lock body and one end of the sliding bar abuts against the bolt, and the sliding bar is provided with a first elastic element, and the sliding bar is pushed against the elastic force from the first elastic element when the bolt retracts; the locking member is coupled with the sliding bar, and when the bolt stretches out, the locking member is brought by the sliding bar to a position to block the rotary motion of the rotatable member.
Anti-unlatched mechanism and a door lock thereof
An anti-unlocked mechanism comprises a transmission gear, a sliding rod, a locking member and a first elastic member. The transmission gear includes an arc surface. An end of the sliding rod contacts the deadbolt of the lock body. The sliding rod is provided with a fixed stopper and a second elastic member. When the deadbolt is retracted, the sliding rod moves with the deadbolt against the elastic force of the second elastic member. When the deadbolt extends, the locking member moves with the sliding rod to block the rotation of the rotating part. The first elastic member comprises first and second protrusions. The second protrusion will not hinder the fixed stopper of the slide rod unless the first protrusion contacts with the circular arc surface, which will block the movement of the locking member to block rotation of the rotating part.
LATCH MECHANISM OF OPENING/CLOSING DOOR AND DEVICE INCLUDING OPENING/CLOSING DOOR USING LATCH MECHANISM
A latch mechanism of an opening/closing door, which is used in a device including an opening/closing door that opens/closes an opening of a device body by using the opening/closing door, restrains the opening/closing door at a closing position, and releases a restrained state when the opening/closing door is opened, the latch mechanism includes an elastic component provided in one of the opening/closing door and the device body facing the opening, having a spring member expanding/contracting to be elastically deformable in one predetermined direction, and holding both end positions of the spring member to be floatable via a holder, and a latch component provided in the other of the opening/closing door and the device body, coming into contact with the holder of the elastic component when the opening/closing door closes the opening, having a latch member restraining the elastic component in a state where the spring member is elastically deformed from an initial state, and moving the holder against a biasing force of the spring member to release the restrained state between the elastic component and the latch member when the opening/closing door is opened from the closing position.
Electronic lock for casework sliding doors
An electronic locking device to secure linear transitioning or sliding doors. The electronic lock may include a bolt driven by a motor between a locked or extended position and an unlocked or retracted position. The bolt may be coupled to a sled, the sled moved by the motor between a forward position, placing the bolt in the locked position, and a rearward position, placing the bolt in the unlocked position. The motor may drive a drive screw to move the sled.
Dryer comprising a dismountable member
The present invention relates to a dryer (1) comprising a body (2), a drum (3) disposed inside the body (2), wherein the laundry to be dried is placed, an opening (4) which is situated on the body (2), a dismountable member (5) which is placed into the body (2) by being passed through the opening (4), whereon the particles in the air leaving the drum (3) are accumulated and a lid (6) which covers the opening (4) so as to close the front of the dismountable member (5).
Emergency Access Privacy Lock and Access Key
A safety lock and access key for doors that otherwise need to remain locked comprising a lock body containing a spring biased catch extending from one end of the body to engage in a keep of the door frame, a lever for moving the catch into the body to unlock the door, and a tool for unlocking locked doors.
Fenestration assembly operation hardware and methods for same
A fenestration hardware assembly includes a blade socket including a blade recess and an operator interface feature rotatably coupled with an operator housing. A latch blade is movably coupled with the operator housing. The latch blade is movable between deployed and withdrawn positions. In the deployed position at least a portion of the latch blade is received in the blade recess of the blade socket. In the withdrawn position the portion of the latch blade is recessed from the blade recess. The operator interface feature is rotatable between at least locked and unlocked configurations. In the locked configuration the latch blade is in the deployed position and received in the blade recess. In the unlocked configuration the latch blade is translated from the deployed position to the withdrawn position and withdrawn from the blade recess according to rotation of the operator interface feature.
