Press-to-deploy rotatable latch assembly
A latch assembly is provided that includes a latch arm having a rotational axis and an engagement surface on a distal end of the latch arm a length from the rotational axis. The engagement surface is stowed in a stowed state of the latch arm. The latch arm is configured to receive a pushing force to depress the latch arm a predetermined distance along the rotational axis. The latch assembly also includes a turret assembly having a top end with the latch arm mounted thereon. The turret assembly is configured to, in response to the pushing force being applied to the latch arm, raise and rotate the latch arm about the rotational axis to thereby transition the latch arm from the stowed state to a deployed state in which the engagement surface is exposed.
Apparatus for barricading an outward swinging door to provide physical security
A system to barricade a door from forced entry is disclosed. The system includes an anchor insertable by a user into a receptacle mounted into a floor on the inside on the door, and a lock affixable to the door. The anchor includes an upper portion designed to connect with the lock, and a lower portion that preferably fits within the receptacle. The lock includes a stop designed to contact the outside surface of the door, and a key plate on the inside of the door. When the anchor is vertically inserted into the receptacle, the upper portion of the anchor engages the key plate of the lock affixed to the door, which in conjunction with the stop prevents the door from swinging outwards. The anchor can be removed from the receptacle when the user doesn't desire to barricade the door.
HINGED DOOR FIXING APPARATUS FOR PREVENTING HINGED DOOR FROM BEING AUTOMATICALLY CLOSED
A hinged door fixing apparatus comprises a fixed part and a holder part. The fixed part is fixed on a wall such that, in order to prevent the doorknob or edge portion of a hinged door from bumping directly against the wall in the process of opening the hinged door, a buffer member having a buffer ball coupled to the end thereof, which is mounted to the hinged door, comes into contact with the fixed part in the opening process. The holder part is installed in the fixed part and instantaneously holds the buffer ball through elasticity when the buffer member bumps against the fixed part.

ADJUSTABLE DOOR HOLDER
A door holder and release assembly that is adjustable to account for different differences between the door and where the door holder and release assembly will be installed (e.g., a wall, the floor, another support location). The door holder herein has a base member, a holder member, and a connector. The base member may be configured for operative coupling with a wall or a door. The holder member may be configured for operative coupling with a release assembly on the wall or the door opposite the base member. Moreover, the holder member may be configured to be telescopically operatively coupled with the base member through the connector to position the holder member at varied distances from base member to allow for the accommodation of varying distances between a wall and the door, as well as for minor adjustments that a user may want to make.

DOOR STOP
A door stop is provided herein that includes a base section positioned at least partially offset from a door, a forward section extending from the base section, an intermediate section extending from the base section, and a rear section. A retainment zone is defined between the base section, the forward section, and the intermediate section.
Door catch
Disclosed is a door catch that can help to prevent door sag, especially for heavy or tall residential or commercial doors, and provides for post-installation catch tension adjustment without removal or adjustment of mounting members. In one aspect, the door catch can include a ball catch base, a threaded ball plunger assembly, a catch bumper, and a bumper base. In another aspect, the catch bumper and the bumper base can optionally be combined into a single catch bar bracket. The ball plunger assembly is adjustably mounted within a threaded aperture of ball catch base. A ball captive in one end of the ball plunger assembly engages a detent in the catch bumper, or catch bar bracket, providing friction to hold the door open. The position of the ball plunger assembly can be adjusted vertically to increase or decrease the tension between the detent and the ball plunger assembly.

TWO WAY SWINGING DOOR OPENING GAP CONTROL DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING MOVEMENT OF COMPANION ANIMAL
Disclosed is a two way swinging door opening gap control device for controlling the movements of companion animals that is detachably attached to the existing door and door frame with ease, without any structural change or damage, thereby being applied conveniently to various types of doors, and that controls an opening gap of the door to allow the companion animals to freely enter through the door, to prevent the door from being excessively opened by external wind or animals entering therethrough, and to limit the spaces the animals can enter according to animal sizes to thus provide individual living spaces for the animals. According to the present invention, the opening gap control device largely includes a gap control band 100, a locking pin module 200, and a locking holder module 300.
