MODULAR LATCH SYSTEM
A compression latch for a door includes a driver that is rotatable with respect to the door between an unlocked position and a locked position. The driver is configured to be mounted to one side of the door. A driver shaft is non-rotatably connected to the driver such that the driver shaft rotates along with the driver. In an unlocked position of the driver, the pawl is positioned to permit opening of the door, and, in a locked position of the driver, the pawl is positioned to prevent opening of the door. The compression latch is configured to translate the pawl closer toward the door upon rotating the driver from the unlocked position to the locked position.

Power window operators, windows and methods
Power window operators, windows including the power window operators, and methods of using the same are described herein. The power window operators may offer the ability to control the timing and/or speed of the lock/unlock motion relative to the open/close motions of the operator arm of the power window operator and, if provided, a sash being driven by the power window operator.
Thermally Insulated Door Assembly with an Operable Panel
A thermally insulated door assembly with an operable panel uses a pair of structural panels, a collection of thermally-insulating fasteners, a panel hole and an operable panel. The pair of structural panels are held together by the thermally-insulating fasteners. The thermally-insulating fasteners form a rigid structure that prevents thermal conductivity between the two structural panels that make up the door assembly. This arrangement enables the door assembly to remain a rigid structure while being composed of multiple components. The panel hole traverses through the pair of structural panels to form an opening into which the operable panel is inserted. The operable panel is a panel that replaces a central section of the door assembly. This placement enables the user to remove and replace the operable panel as desired.

DOOR LOCK
A door lock includes a main lock ensemble and two auxiliary lock ensembles. Each of the two auxiliary lock ensembles connects the main lock ensemble with a long bar. The main lock ensemble includes a housing with a pivotal part being connected to a horizontal bar and a lock tongue, each of two ends of the horizontal bar connecting with one said long bar to switch the auxiliary lock ensembles locked and unlocked. A lock chip is disposed in the housing. The lock chip includes an accommodating hole with a recess for accommodating a rotatable lock core. A pushing block that is disposed on the lock core extends into the recess.
STORAGE BOX LATCH SYSTEM AND SECURITY FEATURES
A latch assembly for use in a storage container is provided, and comprises a bracket having a body, a first side, and a second side, the bracket being releasably secured to the first or the second body component of the storage container. The first side includes a protruding segment. The body includes at least one slot positioned thereon, the bracket being secured to the storage container via a fastener inserted through the at least one slot. The latch assembly also includes a handle secured to the bracket. When the handle is moved in a first direction, the bracket moves from a latched position to an unlatched position where the protruding segment passes through a lock box assembly, and when the handle is moved in a second direction, the bracket moves from an unlatched position to a latched position where the lock box assembly blocks movement of the protruding segment. The latch assembly is used in conjunction with a lock system.

DOOR ROD ASSEMBLY
A door rod assembly for multi-point latch uses. The desire in the use of this door rod assembly is to essentially air seal a cabinet or closing from exposure to the air. Such air can include dust, dirt, noxious chemical fumes and the like. The devices seal cabinets, rooms, or the like from such contaminants. Assembly of the rod assembly is facilitated by the novel rod guide utilized in the assembly.
