Mortise jig assembly
A mortise jig assembly includes a block that is longitudinally elongated. The block has plurality of mortises therein and the block is clamped to a face of a door such that selected ones the mortises is aligned with an edge of the door. A jig panel is provided and the jig panel is positionable against the edge of the door to engage respective ones of the mortises thereby retaining the jig panel at a selected location on the edge of the door. The jig panel has a guide hole therein thereby facilitating the guide hole to be aligned with a preferred location to cut a hinge recess in the edge of the door. A pair of bolts is each extendable through the jig panel and the block for attaching the jig panel to the block.
Wall plate mount alignment system and method
A wall plate mounting system for attaching one end of a swing arm at a desired height and orientation to a vertical wall and attaches at the opposite end to a monitor and keyboard. The system includes an elongated body opened at one end with a center channel partially covered by two elevated flanges. The elongated body includes lateral flanges each with an upward extending ear. The ears are spaced apart and form a slot that communicates with the channel. Formed on the elongated body and under the slot are mounting holes. The system also includes an elongated template configured to slide freely inside the channel and under the ears. Formed on the elongated template is an elongated second slot and length measurement indices. During assembly, the elongated template is partially extended from the r channel formed on the elongated body at a desired length and locked together to form a jig. The jig is then moved to other walls and the mounting holes are marked so that mounting holes used with all wall plate mounting systems are the same height and proper orientation.

Tolerance compensating hinge attachment
A lift gate door having hinges installed for predetermined positioning into a vehicle. And a method of attaching a lift gate door to a vehicle while maintain proper tolerances. A first fixture holds a set of hinges in predetermined locations which correspond to assembly locations on a vehicle body. Hinges are temporarily attached to the fixture corresponding to the proper vehicle location. A second fixture holds the lift gate in a position which is a final installation position for attaching the lift gate to a vehicle. Self-adjusting moveable fastening nuts are provided in a set of holes in a hinge plate fastening area of the lift gate. The first fixture is moved into aligned orientation with the second feature and the hinges are attached to the lift gate with the fastener. The hinge is aligned in the proper installation orientation for maintaining the lift gate to vehicle gap in proper tolerances when the lift gate door with hinges is installed on the final vehicle.
READY TO INSTALL DOOR SYSTEM
Ready-to-install door systems comprising, prior to installation, a door, a hinge-side z-bar, a drip cap, and a latch-side z-bar, all connected. In addition, the system may comprise door closer hardware attached to the door and either the drip cap or the hinge-side z-bar; an installation notch; or screw holders. Screw holders are also provided. Methods of installing the present door systems are also provided.
Fitting arrangement
The invention relates to a fitting arrangement having a furniture connecting fitting, in particular a hatch holder, which can be used to attach a furniture hatch or a door can be to a cabinet body in a swiveling manner, wherein an interlock (200) and a bracket (300) are provided, which can be used to connect the furniture hatch in a form-fitting and/or form-locked manner to the furniture body in a closed position of a kinematic arrangement (30) of the furniture connecting fitting, wherein the kinematic arrangement (30) has levers and links, which can be used to move the furniture hatch or door from the closed position into an open position, wherein a spring element (38.2) is provided which, in the closed position of the kinematic arrangement (30), introduces a prestress into the kinematic arrangement (30) in the opening direction, and wherein the interlock (200) and the bracket (300) form a release mechanism, which can be used to release the connection between the interlock (200) and the bracket (300) in the closed position of the kinematic arrangement. Such a fitting arrangement can be used to effect a convenient opening of a door or hatch from the closed position.

Furniture Connecting Fitting
The invention relates to a furniture connecting fitting (10) having an attachment section (51, 53) for coupling to a cabinet body (110), wherein a kinematic arrangement (30) is coupled indirectly or directly to the attachment section (51, 53), wherein an assembly piece (80) is provided, which assembly piece has a fitting end (81) facing the attachment section (51, 53) and a furniture attachment end (81.3) facing away from the fitting end (81), wherein the attachment section (51, 53) has at least one locating element (55) which, in an assembly position, interacts with a mating element (85) of the assembly piece (80) to form a connection, which acts transversely to the furniture attachment end (81.3) in a form-fitting and detachable manner, wherein an actuating element (60) is provided, which can be moved between a release position and a blocking position, and wherein the actuating element (60) rests against a supporting section (52) to secure the assembly position in the blocking position. Such a furniture connecting fitting can be easily connected to and installed on a cabinet body even in a compact design
SYSTEM AND DEVICES FOR ADJUSTABLE DOOR CLOSURE CONTROL
Disclosed are systems and devices for controlling the closing of a door. A head unit is to be installed in a doorjamb, comprising a chamber filled at least in part with a shear thickening fluid. A piston is connected to a cap and configured to exert pressure against the shear thickening fluid in response to a force applied to the cap. The systems and devices provide an adjustable design that resists door slamming and aggressive closure, serving as a safety device as well as noise, damage and pet control around doors (preventing closure if desired). An install kit provides exact location, depth control and guide to place over the head unit to tap it into place with a hammer.
