Pocket Door System
A pocket door system for inhibiting an animal from passing through a doorway includes a door frame is positioned within a wall. A door unit is slidably positioned within the wall. The door unit is biased into a closed position having the door unit extending across the door frame. Thus, the door unit may inhibit an animal from passing through the door frame. The door unit is selectively urged into an open position. Thus, the door unit facilitates the animal to pass through the door frame.
Method of Installation of a Gate Opener Assembly
A gate opener assembly is comprised of a gate and an anchor assembly having a platform. A plurality of track assemblies on the platform provide a track on which the gate may slide from a first position (closed) to a second position (open) and any position in between. A guidepost having a “Shepherd's hook” configuration guides the gate as the gate passes therethrough. A pair of rollers within the interior of the top of the guidepost makes continuous contact with each side of the top of the gate both while the gate is stationary and in motion. A gate opener controller contains the required electrical connections to fully the operate gate opener assembly. Subterrain anchor supports provide the necessary support for the gate opener assembly. An alternative embodiment accommodates nontraditional configured gates. Installation of the gate opener assembly is performed by do-it-yourselfers in minimal time.
Restroom Door Assembly
A door assembly for a restroom stall having first and second opposed side walls and a front opening includes first and second housings defining first and second inner cavities and configured to be mounted on the first and second side walls, first and second doors moveably mounted on the first and second housings, each having opposed inner and outer surfaces that are curved and being moveable along an arcing path between an open position and a closed position. In the open position, the door is retracted within the respective housing and at least partially received in the respective inner cavity, and in the closed position, the door is extended outward of the respective housing relative to the open position. In the closed positions, the first and second doors combine to obstruct the front opening, and in the open positions, the first and second doors permit passage through the front opening.

SLIDING DOOR DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
A sliding door device for a vehicle includes a door panel for opening and closing a door opening and covered by an upper trim and a lower trim, and a center rail mounted on the door panel to extend in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle body and providing a path for a center roller mounted on a center portion of the vehicle body, wherein a lower portion of the upper trim and an upper portion of the lower trim are disposed to overlap each other vertically. The center roller is mounted on a center roller mounting bracket including a first surface extending toward the vehicle body to be vertical to the door panel, a second surface bent from the first surface toward a lower side of the vehicle body, and a third surface extending from the second surface toward the vehicle body to be vertical to the door panel.
Anti-jumping upper wheel device with double dampers
An anti-jumping upper wheel device with double dampers comprises of an anti-jumping upper wheel assembly with double damper (10) being comprised of an upper wheel plate (11), an upper wheel (12), an upper wheel cover (13) and double dampers (14) and a pulling unit (20); wherein, an anti-jumping roller (17) is mounted to the upper wheel cover (13); the pulling unit (20) is a double-plate pulling unit which is comprised of a baseplate of pulling unit (21) and a pillar plate of pulling unit (22) mounted above it; a pulling pillar (221) is fixed vertically on the pillar plate of pulling unit (22); wherein, connecting elastic units (23, 24) are overlapped and connected in parallel to three branch plates (2131, 2132, 2133, 2141, 2142, 2143) mounted on longitudinal direction in parallel of both ends on longitudinal direction of the baseplate of pulling unit (21).
Post for swinging and cantilever gates
A hinge for a swinging gate includes a base plate, a hinge base pivotally secured to the base plate and a mounting member connected in spaced apart relation to the hinge base by an elongate bolt. A gate-engaging member is secured to the mounting member so that pivoting of the hinge base effects conjoint pivoting of the mounting member, the gate-engaging member and a gate that it engages. An upstanding post has a pair of laterally spaced apart T-shaped slots that extend along its height. A bolt disposed within a T-shaped slot is disposed horizontally and cannot rotate. The bolts housed in a T-shaped slot screw-threadedly engage apertures formed in the corners of the base plate to secure the base plate to the upstanding post. In a second embodiment, a cantilever gate supported by a trolley assembly is secured in cantilever relation to at least one upstanding post.
MAGNETIC LEVITATING DOOR
A magnetically levitating door is disclosed herein. The door may have a magnet that is repelled from a magnet of a track. The track may be disposed adjacent to a door opening. The track may have a stabilizing roller to maintain vertical alignment of the magnets used to levitate the door off of the track.
LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE DOOR LOCK ASSEMBLY & DUAL LIFT GLIDE WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY
Hardware for a lift glide door assembly and lift glide window assembly provides ease of opening with an operational opening assist that urges the door or window to an open position on operation of an opening handle. A lock mechanism actuates a lock pin, blocks opening gear mechanisms from operating and extends a security bolt for locking. A guide blade is provided for assisting the door during opening or closing operations.
Pre-assembled fitting group and fitting assembly for a window or a door
A pre-assembled fitting group for a window or door has a drive rod portion, which is movable in the rebate circumferential direction, a first control element, and a second control element which is arranged on a cross slide. The first and the second control elements cooperate and are coordinated with one another in such a way that a displacement of the first control element by the drive rod portion causes a displacement of the cross slide. A guide part that can be fixedly mounted on the sash, wherein the cross slide is at least partially movable relative to the guide part.
