High speed overhead door
The invention relates to an overhead door for covering a door opening comprising a door blade (11) with a plurality of panels (17), said door blade (11) being movable between a vertical, closed position and a horizontal, opened or overhead position within a side frame (12) comprising double-sided a vertical track (13) and a horizontal track (14), connected by a connecting portion (15), respectively, and with a belt (20) or a chain associated with one side each of the said side frame (12) to lift the panels (17) from said vertical position to said horizontal position. To develop the stated overhead door in a way that the advantages of a high speed rollup door and an overhead door are combined, to offer an overhead door with a low space requirement, low maintenance requirements and a high speed closing possibility, the stated overhead door comprises driving means (27) for simultaneously driving a plurality of said panels (17).
HIGH SPEED OVERHEAD DOOR

SPRING-BIASED GARAGE DOOR ROLLER
The spring-biased garage door roller is configured for use with a garage door. The garage door comprises the garage door, a plurality of tracks, a plurality of roller wheels, and a plurality of compression springs. The plurality of roller wheels and the plurality of compression springs combine to attach the garage door to the plurality of tracks. The plurality of tracks guide the motion of the plurality of roller wheels. There is a one to one correspondence between the plurality of roller wheels and the plurality of compression springs. Each individual compression spring generates a motive force that urges its associated individual roller wheel into a track selected from the plurality of tracks.
Improved Sectional Door
A panel for a sectional door, the panel comprising: (a) a front wall; (b) a rear wall; (c) a top edge; (d) a bottom edge; (e) two side edges; (f) a first mounting means for mounting the panel in a pair of first guide tracks, one of each said pair of first guide tracks located adjacent each of said side edges; (g) a first rigid reinforcement member extending between said top and bottom edges to reinforce said panel against deflection; and (h) a first non-rigid restraining member located between said side edges to restrict the deflection of the panel, wherein said first non-rigid restraining member defines a path that runs adjacent to or through said first rigid reinforcement member and comprises a second mounting means for anchoring said first non-rigid reinforcement member to an anchor point.
Side-load hung window assembly with sash guides
A side-load, hung window assembly can include a sash guide attached to the window sash and extending into a space between the window sash and the jamb channel. The sash guide can include a recess at an outer end to provide clearance for the sash guide to pass over the uncurled end portion of the curl spring and the mounting device. In addition, an aesthetic cover can be disposed over the mounting device. Alternatively or in addition, a spring cover can be disposed over the uncurled end portion of the curl spring and the mounting device.
Side-load, constant force window and window balance assembly
A constant force window balance assembly for a side-load, hung window is disclosed. A side rail of a window sash disposed in a jamb channel has a first opening. The balance assembly is installed in the jamb channel and engages the sash at the first opening to support the sash with a counterbalance force. A carrier of the balance assembly includes a body having a sash engaging seat located at an upper end that directly engages the first opening in the side wall of the side rail of the window sash. The carrier can also include a lip located at an inner side of the carrier and extending upwardly from the sash engaging seat. The carrier can also include a projection at an upper end of the body to engage a retaining aperture in an uncurled end portion of a curl spring in a pre-installed configuration of the window balance.
Garage door roller system
A garage door roller system for preventing damage to a vehicle or a garage door when the garage door is opening or closing. The garage door roller system generally includes a garage door arm which is connected at an upper end thereof to a carriage of a garage door opener. A first end of a connector is connected to the garage door arm, and a second end of the connector is connected to the garage door. One or more rollers are connected to a lower end of the garage door arm, with a portion of the rollers being positioned lower than the lower end of the garage door arm. The rollers are adapted to roll across an obstruction when the garage door is opening or closing to prevent damage to the obstruction as well as the garage door arm.

Ratcheting adjustable top bracket assembly for a movable barrier
A roller bracket assembly for a movable barrier includes a base bracket coupled to the movable barrier and a roller holder bracket. The roller holder bracket is rotatably coupled to the base bracket. The roller bracket assembly further includes a support bracket. The roller holder bracket includes multiple ratcheting features configured to engage with corresponding ratcheting features of the support bracket. The ratcheting features of the roller holder bracket and the support bracket allow movement of the roller holder bracket away from the movable barrier rotating relative to the base bracket, but prevent movement of the roller holder bracket toward the movable barrier.
