The adjustment device includes a pivoting member configured to be moved in at least two pivoting positions relative to the actuating arm, and the pivoting member is configured to distance the actuating arm in the at least two pivoting positions to a different extent from an abutment arranged on the carrier when the actuating arm is arranged in the maximum opening position.
Furniture hinge for upward-opening cabinet doors
The present invention determines the final opening position of the furniture door in the upward direction by means of the furniture hinge comprising an opening angle adjustment thereon. Said furniture hinge comprises a housing; a hinge arm connected axially to the furniture door from its one end and to said housing from the other end by means of a first rotating pin; a power unit that is connected axially between a lever arm and a third rotating pin and that comprises at least one spring forming a force on the hinge arm; a movement arm that is connected axially to said hinge arm from its one end and connected axially to said lever arm from the other end and that ensures the force transmission between said force unit and hinge arm; and an opening angle adjustment that allows for determining the final opening position of the furniture door in the upward direction, has an adjustment element in an axially rotatable and a damper thereon and comprises a body that may move linearly by means of the axial rotation of said adjustment element.
Furniture hinge with damping adjustment
The present invention relates to a furniture hinge that is suited for changing damping course of the furniture door in the closing direction. The inventive furniture hinge comprises; a housing; a hinge arm that is connected to the furniture door from the one end and connected to said housing in an axially rotatable manner from the other end by means of a first rotating pin; a power unit having at least one spring that creates force on said hinge arm, and that is connected between a lever arm that is capable of accommodating a power adjustment thereon and a third rotating pin in an axially rotatable manner; a movement arm that is connected to said hinge arm from one end in an axially rotatable manner, that is connected to said lever arm from the other end in an axially rotatable manner, and that enables the power transmission between said power unit and hinge arm; a damping element located on said lever arm for damping the furniture door that is being closed over the furniture body; and a damping adjustment on said lever arm for the purpose of changing the position of a cylinder belonging to the damping element with respect to the lever arm.
PIECE OF FURNITURE
The invention relates to a piece of furniture, comprising a furniture body, a two-part furniture flap having a first flap part, preferably arranged at the top in the assembled position, and a second flap part, preferably arranged at the bottom in the assembled position, and at least one supporting device for the furniture flap, wherein the supporting device is connected to the furniture body and the furniture flap in an articulated manner, wherein the supporting device has a transmission part, which is arranged on the inside of the first flap part and defines the setting angle of the second flap part to the first flap part according to the setting angle of the first flap part.
ITEM OF FURNITURE
An item of furniture including a furniture carcass, a door wing movably-supported relative to the furniture carcass, and a furniture hinge for movably supporting the door wing, the furniture hinge being hingedly connected to the door wing. A receiving compartment is arranged in or on the furniture carcass for at least partially receiving the door wing, and the receiving compartment is defined by a sidewall of the furniture carcass. At least one cover is configured to be moved at least between a first operating position, in which the cover at least partially covers the receiving compartment, and a second position, in which the cover unblocks the receiving compartment. The furniture hinge includes a control member for moving the cover between the two operating positions upon an at least partial movement of the a door wing within the receiving compartment.
Bi-fold door latch assembly
A latch assembly connected to the drive unit of a bi-fold door for retaining the bi-fold door secure to a building has elongated straps attached to rotatable latch drums mounted on the outer ends of the drive shaft of the drive unit. Lift drums powered by a motor driven gearbox raise and lower the bi-fold door. Latch assemblies having springs attached to the straps maintain tension on the straps during the opening and closing of the bi-fold door.
Bi-fold overhead door with concealed hydraulic cylinder
A bi-fold overhead door system that includes a frame, a bi-fold overhead door and a hydraulic cylinder. The bi-fold overhead door has an upper door leaf and a lower door leaf. The upper door leaf is pivotally mounted to the frame. The lower door leaf is pivotally mounted to the upper door leaf. The hydraulic cylinder has a first cylinder end and a second cylinder end. The first cylinder end is operably attached to the frame. The second cylinder end is operably attached to the upper door leaf. The hydraulic cylinder is capable of moving the bi-fold overhead door between a closed configuration and an open configuration. At least one of the frame and the upper door leaf has a slot formed therein. When the bi-fold overhead door is in the closed configuration, the hydraulic cylinder is substantially recessed in the slot.
BI-FOLD COMPARTMENT DOOR WITH SPRING ASSIST AND CAM LATCH
Disclosed is a door assembly for enclosing a compartment, for instance a cabin attendant seat (CAS) compartment. The assembly generally includes spaced guides for guiding opening and closing movement of a bi-fold door including coupled upper and lower door sections. The door sections are coupled through an interface that allows vertical displacement of the lower door section relative to the upper door section when the door assembly is in the closed condition to engage or disengage latches from respective catches. In some embodiments, the assembly further includes cam latches and a biasing mechanism for driving bi-fold door movement toward the open condition, among other features.
