Ex certified robotic system with enhanced corrosion resistance
A robotic system with a robot and enclosure, the robotic system configured for explosive (EX) Zone 1 certification. Fasteners attaching a panel to a housing of the enclosure can be positioned away from a seal of the panel, with the seal sealingly engaging the panel and housing when the panel is attached to the housing. The panel overlapping a portion of the housing when attached to the housing, with at least the overlapped portion having a metallized layer and the metallized layer being electrically coupled to the panel when the panel is attached. The panel can be rotationally attached to the housing by one or more hinges. The panel can be configured to assist operators with manual manipulation of the panel by attaching detachable handles to the panel.
CONTAINER HAVING A BLOCKABLE ARTICULATION DEVICE
A container includes a first container portion, a second container portion, and an articulation device connecting the first container portion to the second container portion to be pivotable around a first hinge axis. The articulation device includes a sliding joint, which allows a sliding of the first container portion relative to the second container portion transverse to the first hinge axis. A blocking element is movable from a blocking position, which blocks the sliding joint against a spring force, to an unblocking position, which unblocks the sliding joint by an actuation of the sliding joint.
FOLDING DIVIDING SCREEN STRUCTURE
A folding dividing screen structure has at least two screen panels, a plurality of sealing covers, at least one connecting member with a respective vertical through channel on opposite sides of the connecting member, and at least two vertical strips. Each screen panel is secured in an outer frame, the connecting member pivotally connected with the two screen panels via the two vertical strips.
HINGE CLUTCH
The description relates to devices that include hinged portions and controlling rotation of the portions. One example can include a display that is configured to rotate relative to an axis. The example can also include a clutch assembly interposed between first and second planet gear assemblies positioned along the axis. The first and second planet gears configured to multiply resistance to rotation around the axis that is supplied by the clutch assembly.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE HAVING TORQUE STRUCTURE
An electronic device has a hinge structure including a first fixed structure on which a first arc-shaped guide rail is formed, a second fixed structure on which a second arc-shaped guide rail is formed, a first rotating structure including a first coupling portion rotatably coupled to the first guide rail, a second rotating structure including a second coupling portion rotatably coupled to the second guide rail, and a torque structure which provides torque to the first rotating structure and the second rotating structure. The torque structure includes a cam structure formed on the first rotating structure and the second rotating structure, a cam member including a moving cam engaged with the cam structure, and an elastic member which is compressed or tensioned in response to linear movement of the cam member.
Washing machine lid with compound pivot axis
A washing machine includes a cabinet defining a lateral direction, a transverse direction, and a vertical direction. The lateral, transverse, and vertical directions are mutually orthogonal. The washing machine appliance also includes a top panel on the cabinet that defines an opening. A wash chamber is defined within the cabinet below the opening of the top panel. The washing machine appliance also includes a lid which is rotatable through a plane defined by the transverse direction and the vertical direction between a closed position to sealingly enclose the wash chamber and an open position to permit access to the wash chamber. A hinge rotatably connects the lid to the top panel. The hinge defines a compound pivot axis. The lid rotates relative to the top panel about the compound pivot axis.
DUAL-AXIS OVER-MOLDED HINGE
One aspect is an overmolded hinge device having a first and a second shaft, each having first and second ends. A first friction element is mounted on the first shaft. A first molded housing is at least partially enclosing the first shaft and a second molded housing is at least partially enclosing the second shaft. A first molded outer link is at least partially enclosing each of the first and second shafts and a second molded outer link is at least partially enclosing each of the first and second shafts. One of the first molded housing and the first molded outer link enclose the first friction element

ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING HINGE MODULE
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a housing including first and second housings, a display including a first display region connected to the first housing and a second display region connected to the second housing, and a hinge module connected to the first housing and the second housing. The hinge module may include a rotation bracket including a first accommodation space providing a first rotation axis and a second accommodation space providing a second rotation axis, a rotation member including a first rotation member connected to the first display region and a second rotation member connected to the second display region, and a rail member including a first rail member connected to the first rotation member and configured to rotate in the first accommodation space, and a second rail member connected to the second rotation member and configured to rotate in the second accommodation space.
Hinge device for opening and closing a vehicle door
The hinge device performs the opening and closing of a door of a vehicle without the door changing orientation. The device has an L-shaped arm provided with two ends attached in a pivotable way, around parallel rotation axes, to respective mounting bodies, one being fixable to the door and the other to the frame of the vehicle. Each body has a concentric pulley body with the respective rotation axis and fixed to a respective mounting body. The device further has a linking mechanism that extends along the arm and has a path formed by a first segment and a second segment that cross at least once.
