The present invention relates to a door hinge including: a fixed part having a body formed in an angular pipe shape of at least a triangle or more, a rack gear disposed parallel to the body on one side inner surface of the body, and an insertion hole formed on the side portion of the body in such a manner as to communicate with the interior of the body; and an operating part having a rotary shaft, a pinion gear disposed on the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft in such a manner as to correspond to the rack gear, and a moving piece protruding outwardly from the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft, wherein the rotary shaft is inserted into the insertion hole in such a manner as to allow the moving piece to outwardly protrude from the door hinge, and the moving piece rotates around the rotary shaft, so that the rotary shaft moves along the rack gear.

CONCEALED HINGE FOR DOORS
20180010373 · 2018-01-11 · ·

A concealed hinge for the rotatable movement of a door fixed to a door frame. The hinge includes: a fixed hinge body anchorable to the frame; a movable hinge body anchorable to the door; a connecting assembly for mutual connection of the fixed hinge body and movable hinge body so that the latter rotates with respect to the former about a first longitudinal axis between an open position and closed position. The fixed (or movable) hinge body includes a first (or second) box-shaped element concealedly insertable within the door (or frame). The first (or second) box-shaped element defines a second axis parallel to the first axis. The connecting assembly protrudes from the first box-shaped element in the open position of the movable element, the first box-shaped element being susceptible to internally contain the connecting assembly in the closed position of the movable element.

Sound damping door

A sound damping door system having a door frame, a compression seal, a door slab, a bottom seal, and a concealed hinge assembly. The door frame includes male and female components adapted to engage each other in a rough door opening between first and second wall faces; and at least one isolation gasket adapted to be disposed between the male and female components. The compression seal is mounted to the door frame. The door slab includes an outer skin; an arched constrainment sheet inside the outer skin; a damping fill material inside the outer skin; and an acoustic insert inside the outer skin. The bottom seal is mounted to a bottom surface of the door slab such that the bottom seal is permitted to move relative to the door slab.

HINGE AND DOOR MECHANISM

Provided is a hinge and a door mechanism that are mounted on a large-sized and heavy door that requires sealing property and difficult adjustment. The hinge includes: a fulcrum shaft; an adjustment shaft that is disposed adjacently to and parallel to the fulcrum shaft; a housing-side fixing portion that supports the fulcrum shaft; a door-side fixing portion that supports the adjustment shaft; and a link portion that allows the fulcrum shaft and the adjustment shaft to pass therethrough and connects the housing-side fixing portion and the door-side fixing portion to each other, wherein the body fixing portion includes an adjustment-use body fixing portion provided with a link adjustment portion that approximately fixes the link portion to an arbitrary angle with respect to the door-side fixing portion, and the body fixing portion includes at least two adjustment-use body fixing portions.

Manipulator for an access member, access member comprising the manipulator, system and method

A manipulator for controlling a locking function and a maneuvering function of an access member rotatably coupled to a frame is disclosed. The manipulator includes an actuator configured to provide a substantially linear first actuating movement in a first direction and a substantially linear second actuating movement in a second direction, opposite to the first direction; a latch bolt functionally coupled to the actuator, the latch bolt arranged to move to an unlocking position in response to movement of the actuator in the first direction and arranged to move to a locking position in response to movement of the actuator in the second direction; and a transmission mechanism functionally coupled to the actuator, the transmission mechanism configured to transmit the first actuating movement in the first direction provided by the actuator to an opening movement of the access member. An access member, a system and a method are also provided.

Dampening hinges and table assemblies including the same

A dampened hinge construction for braking pivoting movement of one structure relative to another. The dampened hinge construction can be utilized in a folding table assembly in an aircraft passenger suite including a base panel and at least one folding panel pivotally attached to the base panel by multiple dampened hinges. Each dampened hinge includes a first assembly attachable to a first structure and a second assembly attachable to a second structure such that the first structure is pivotable relative to the second structure between a first condition and a second condition, such as a folded condition and a planar condition, and at least one damper that brakes pivoting movement of the first structure relative to the second structure as the first condition or second condition is approached.

HINGE DEVICE

One end of first and second arms 30 and 40 are rotatably connected to a first hinge body 10 and a second hinge body 20, respectively. The other end of the first arm is guided by a second guide 25 of the second hinge body and the other end of the second arm is guided by a first guide 15 of the first hinge body. Friction torque is applied on the second hinge body by the friction plate 60. The first guide has a main guide portion 15x and a sub-guide portion 15y that is connected to an end of the main guide portion and draws an arc centered on the first shaft member. When the other end of the second arm is on the sub-guide portion, frictional resistance is not received, so that the second hinge body is automatically rotated by the urging member 70.

A door hinge has a first leaf assembly, a second leaf assembly and a link assembly for pivoting of the first leaf assembly on the second leaf assembly between an open position and a closed position. This link assembly in turn has a first hinge link and a second hinge link pivoted about a connecting axis on the first link. The first hinge link is formed with a contact face that in the open position flatly engages a contact face of the second hinge link. This the first contact face also is formed with a projection that in the open position engages complementarily in a recess formed in the second hinge link.

A door hinge has a first leaf assembly, a second leaf assembly, and a link assembly connected to the leaf assemblies for pivoting of the second assembly on the first assembly. An adjuster in the first leaf assembly can displace the link assembly relative to the first leaf assembly and thereby adjust a position of the door in the frame. The adjuster has an adjusting element projecting from the first leaf assembly in the closed position. The second leaf assembly is formed with a recess in which the projecting adjuster engages in the closed position.
