BREAKAWAY HINGE FOR A PORTABLE MEDICAL DEVICE ACCESS DOOR
A breakaway hinge for a portable medical device, such as a cart-borne ultrasound system, enables the movement of an access door in other dimensions than the hinge access. The hinge includes a sliding magnet which attaches to a fixed magnet, and a hinge pin, all acting together to allow the door to open, to shift the door away from the hinge, and to detach the door as desired.
Body-mounted hinge assembly component
An appliance includes a hinge assembly for coupling a door to a housing or body of the appliance. The hinge assembly can include a body-mounted component, such as a body-mounted hinge or a body-mounted receiver. The body-mounted component is secured to a vertical support of the appliance. A mating component of the body-mounted hinge or body-mounted receiver is attached to the door.
HINGE ASSEMBLY
A hinge assembly includes a mounting body to be secured on a furniture carcass; a furniture hinge which has two fitting parts interconnected via at least one joint axle; and a locking device, by means of which one of the fitting parts of the furniture hinge can be locked, in particular releasably, to the mounting body. The fitting part of the furniture hinge that is to be locked on the mounting body has three plates arranged one above the other, a first of the three plates faces towards the mounting body in a locked position, a third of the three plates occupies an outer position, a second of the three plates occupies a central position between the first of the three plates and the third of the three plates, and at least three pin-like retaining parts are provided, which are mounted on the second of the three plates.
HINGE ASSEMBLY
A hinge assembly includes a mounting body to be fixed to a furniture carcass, a furniture hinge having two fitting portions connected to one another via at least one hinge axis, and a locking device for locking one of the fitting portions of the furniture hinge to the mounting body. The locking device includes at least one holding portion having an outer contour, and a locking contour corresponding thereto. The locking contour includes at least one stationary first member and at least one second member configured to be moved, preferably pivotally, relative to the first member. The at least one holding portion is received between the two members of the locking contour in a locked position.
HINGE ASSEMBLY
A hinge assembly includes a mounting body to be secured on a furniture carcass, a furniture hinge which has two fitting parts interconnected via at least one joint axle, and a locking device, by which one of the fitting parts of the furniture hinge can be locked to the mounting body. The fitting part of the furniture hinge that is to be locked on the mounting body has three plates which are arranged one above the other and are interconnected at least by at least one common, pin-like retaining part.
INTEGRATED HINGE STRUCTURE FOR PLASTIC BOARDS
The present subject matter discloses an integrated hinge structure for plastic boards. The integrated hinge structure has a simplified design that is screw-free and convenient to assemble. It also has a relatively lower manufacturing cost. The integrated hinge structure can comprise a first board and a second board that can be coupled to each other. Furthermore, the first board is divided into a first turning portion and a second turning portion by an embedded groove hinge. The second turning portion is further detachably connected to the second board. The integrated hinge structure further comprises fixation features to render the constructed assembly stable and durable.
Hinge for an item of furniture
The invention relates to a hinge for an item of furniture, comprising a first and a second hinge part (100, 200) that are pivotably interconnected by means of a hinged connection, the second hinge part (200) carrying or comprising a mounting element (300), the mounting element (300) comprising at least one guide assembly comprising at least one guide (405) that extends in the direction of a longitudinal axis (L) of the mounting element (300), the mounting element (300) being connected to a retaining part (400) when in the mounting position, and the guide assembly acting between the mounting element (300) and the retaining part (400), by means of which guide assembly the mounting element (300) can be moved into a mounting position in a manner guided in the guide direction. A significant improvement in the ease of mounting is achieved in a hinge of this kind if the guide assembly comprises a first centering guide (406), by means of which the mounting element (300) is aligned in a first mounting direction when adjusted in the guide direction (L).
Removable damping mechanism and cabinet hinge assembly including same
A damping mechanism is provided, including a damper housing, a damping assembly provided within the damper housing, and a damper cover assembly fitted to at least a portion of the damper housing. The damper cover assembly includes a damper cover and at least one connection member attached thereto. A recess is provided on a rearward side of the damper cover, and at least one receptacle is provided, defining an opening on a bottom surface of the damper cover and being adapted to receive and retain therein at least a portion of the at least one connection member of the damper cover assembly. The recess of the damper cover and the connection member of the damper cover assembly are cooperatively adapted to provide a mechanical connection between the damping mechanism and a hinge cup of a hinge assembly in a removable manner.
APPLIANCES WITH RELEASABLE DOOR HINGES AND TETHER SYSTEMS
An appliance includes a cabinet, defining a food storage chamber, and a door. The appliance includes a hinge system coupling the door to the cabinet. The hinge system includes a first hinge arm fixed to the door, a second hinge arm pivotably joined with the first hinge arm, a carrier fixed to the cabinet, the second hinge arm releasably received in the carrier, and a tether cable extending between a first end and a second end. The first end of the tether cable fixed to the second hinge arm, the second end of the tether cable removably attached to a surface inside the food storage chamber. The tether cable configured such that the door may be detachable from the cabinet when the second end of the tether cable becomes detached from the surface inside the food storage chamber.
Space-saving device and method for bathrooms
A wall-mounted enclosure is provided to store bathroom supplies within the vacant space between the studs of standard residential framing. The device can either be mounted to existing drywall or mounted directly to a stud before drywall is applied to the standard residential framing. The device also includes a trim structure to conceal any gaps between the drywall cutaway and the device. The device includes individual compartments to store various bathroom supplies such as tissue paper rolls, air fresheners, cleaning supplies, personal hygiene supplies, and the like. The compartments are assessable through conveniently hinged compartment doors that protrude from the drywall surface. By placing this device within the space between framing studs, this allows the user to utilize storage space that was previously inaccessible, increasing convenience and overall storage space. This also provides better access to necessary bathroom necessities in smaller spaces where there is no preexisting storage. While the present invention may be used in residential bathrooms, the device may also be used in rooms of other function, for other items, and may also be used in commercial buildings.
