Opening and closing body drive mechanism
An opening and closing body drive mechanism that drives an opening and closing body between an open position and a closed position; a drive unit to drive the opening and closing body; a detecting unit to detect movement of the opening and closing body; and a control unit to control driving of the opening and closing body. The control unit carries out a feedback control to control driving of the opening and closing body such that the movement of the opening and closing body, detected with the detecting unit, matches a predetermined target value when no abnormality occurs in the detecting unit or in wiring connecting the detecting unit and the control unit.
Motor module, management module, vehicle-mounted device control system
A motor module includes: a motor; a driving unit; a control unit; a communication unit that performs communication via a network in the vehicle; and a connection unit to which an operation module is connected without going through the network. The control unit determines identification information of a vehicle-mounted device based on a voltage applied according to a connection state between the motor module and the operation module, controls the driving unit based on control information with information which coincides with the identification information transmitted from a management module that manages the motor module and received by the communication unit, and controls the driving unit to operate the vehicle-mounted device based on an operation signal input from the operation module according to an operation state of the operation module via the connection unit.
Pinch detection based on motor current increase
The pinch detector is suitable to detect a pinch at a closing member actuated by a motor equipped with a measuring circuit to measure a motor current. It includes a first portion that, when the motor starts closing the member, obtains a reference value of the motor current measured at the end of a blind time period having a predetermined duration from the moment the motor starts to close the member; a second portion that compares current values of the measured motor current to a threshold value depending on said reference value, during a detection time period, following the blind time period and preceding a steady state time period of the motor, in order to detect a pinch at the closing member based on a comparison result.
OPENING/CLOSING CONTROL DEVICE
A boundary position, which determines the range of the positions of the window within which trap prevention control is disabled, is set according to the sum of a first amount of rotation and a second amount of rotation. The first amount of rotation approximates a change, in a reference amount of rotation, that corresponds to a change in a detected voltage from a reference voltage. The second amount of rotation is set to a value that is smaller than the difference between a specific amount of rotation at a stop and the reference amount of rotation and is larger than the amount of variations in the reference amount of rotation.

OPENING/CLOSING CONTROL DEVICE
An opening/closing control device includes: a current detecting unit that detects a current that flows in a motor; a voltage detecting unit that detects a voltage to be supplied to the motor; a load calculating unit that calculates a load applied during the opening/closing operation of a window, according to the detected current and detected voltage; a trap detecting unit that detects a trap of an object, the trap being caused by the window, according to the calculated load; and a motor control unit that, if a trap is detected, reverses the rotation of the motor. The load calculating unit calculates a load in which a first load component proportional to the detected current and a second load component proportional to the angular acceleration of the rotation of the motor, the angular acceleration being approximated according to the detected current and detected voltage, are combined together.

Drive arrangement for a flap of a motor vehicle
The disclosure relates to a drive arrangement for a flap of a motor vehicle, comprising a linear drive for producing drive movements and comprising a transmission arrangement, which is coupled to said linear drive, for transmitting the drive movements, a compensating arrangement being provided which couples two drive elements of the drive arrangement to each other in terms of drive, and, when a limit load between the two drive elements is exceeded, the compensating arrangement permitting a guided compensating movement between the two drive elements. It is proposed that the transmission arrangement provides the compensating arrangement.
