A hinge device for the rotatable movement of a closing element, such as a door, a window, a shutter or the like, between a closing position and an opening position, includes a fixed element anchorable to a stationary support structure; a movable element anchorable to the closing element so that the movable element rotates around a first longitudinal axis between a first opening position and a second closing position; a plunger that is operatively coupled to the movable element by a coupling system configured so that along a first section of the sliding of a connecting shaft, the plunger does not slide, thereby allowing a free rotation of the movable element, and along a second section of the sliding of the connecting shaft, the plunger slides integrally joined with the connecting shaft, thereby controlling the rotation of the movable element.
Opening and closing system having an ejection apparatus for an item of furniture, and operating method for an opening and closing system
An opening and closing system for an item of furniture, which has at least one movable furniture part and a movement fitting. The opening and closing system has an ejection apparatus having a loadable mechanical force store and a loading device for loading the mechanical force store. The loading device is supplied with energy from an electric energy store. The ejection apparatus is configured to move the movable furniture part into a partly opened position when the mechanical force store is unlocked. The movement fitting has a retraction apparatus and a damping apparatus, which move the movable furniture part from a further partly opened position lying within a predefined area of action, in a damped manner into a closed position, and the partly opened position of the movable furniture part achieved by the ejection apparatus lying within the predefined range of action of the retraction apparatus.
DOOR CLOSERS
A door closer, including: an anchor assembly, including: a frame mounting plate which is fixable relative to a door frame; and an adjustor plate; and an actuator assembly for mounting within the thickness of a door leaf to move the door leaf between open and closed configurations relative to the door frame, the actuator assembly including an operating member coupled by a link to the adjustor plate and mounted for a range of movements between a fully retracted position, in which the anchor assembly is held adjacent the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the closed configuration, and an extended position, in which the anchor assembly is in spaced relation to the actuator assembly when the door leaf is in the open configuration, the link being configured to extend from the adjustor plate along a first axis, wherein the frame mounting plate is provided with one or more slot(s), the or each slot being elongated along a second axis, the second axis being generally orthogonal to the first axis.
