Replacement window cladding method and system
A window unit and replacement window cladding method and system which is provided as a single unit to be installed as a complete new window that fits over the head jamb, side jamb and sill of an existing window frame and the old window frame that is cladded with head jamb, side jamb, and sill cover assemblies defining an opening in which one or more sash units is pivotally secured forming a replacement window unit, without any loss of glass size and egress, and without disturbing the building interior, and further including a clip arrangement for securing the head and side jamb assembly to the front surface of the old window frame.
EXTERIOR VENTED GLAZING SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF GLAZING
This present invention generally relates to the manufacture and application of a vented glazing system to existing glazed units or new glazing units. More particularly this invention relates to a method of glazing and a glazing system that will increase thermal performance and reduce condensation for existing glazed units.
Adaptable fenestration frame members and methods
Adaptable fenestration frame members, fenestration units using the frame members, and methods of adapting the fenestration frame members. The adaptable fenestration frame members provide a construction that is adaptable for use in both pocket and non-pocket installations by including an adaptation channel forming an outside corner along one edge of the fenestration frame member. Removal of the outside corner converts that portion of the frame member from an outside corner to an inside corner, thus adapting the frame member for use in a pocket installation.

Brickmould window trim
A brickmold window trim can include a single-piece body that can be installed by hand on a window frame without tools. The brickmold window trim resiliently couples to the window frame, is self-retaining on the window frame, and self-centering relative to the window frame. The brickmold window trim can have a flange that contact a top surface of a ledge portion of a window frame, a support wall that contacts a side surface of the ledge portion and an angled wall portion that contacts an underside of the ledge portion. One or more of the flange wall, support wall and angled wall snaps or clips onto the ledge portion to couple the brickmold window trim to the window frame.
Decorative cover for commercial window frames
An apparatus for reviving the appearance of a frame structure in a commercial window utilizes extruded plastic U-shaped channels adapted to fit over each element of the frame structure. The plastic channels are mixed with a selected color so that no painting is required. The channels are preferably attached to the frame structure by adhesive strips. Ends of the channels at frame structure intersections are covered by connectors overlaying ends of the channels.
