FRAMES FOR TURN & TILT OR PROJECTANT DOORS OR WINDOWS
The present invention consists of a frame for turn & tilt or projecting doors or windows, which achieves a minimalist exterior appearance with a central profile of 18 mm, wherein the offset of the alignment of the external glass with the internal glass is now used, creating a common central outer profile of 18 mm, and wherein the thermal and acoustic performance and the resistance to water, air and wind permeability are further improved. The frame, object of the present invention, is preferably made of aluminum with thermal break for the manufacture of doors and/or windows, it is applied in a door or window opening of a building and it consists essentially of at least one fixed rim (3) and at least one movable leaf (1) and at least one fixed leaf (4), wherein at least one movable leaf is glued to the glass (2) in all its perimeter.
Door leaf
Disclosed in the present application are a door leaf, and a door set comprising the door leaf. The door leaf having a first leaf portion and a second leaf portion. The first and second leaf portions pivotally connected to one another about a pivot axis that extends through one of the first leaf portion and the second leaf portion. The door leaf further comprising a lock configured, when in a locked position, to project across an interface between the two portions to thereby lock the first and second leaf portions so as to be substantially coplanar. The pivot axis is substantially parallel to and spaced from the interface.
V-door safety gate
A gate assembly that can include a frame with first and second mounts to mount the gate assembly across a V-door space on a rig floor, a first gate rotationally attached to a left side of the frame, and a second gate rotationally attached to a right side of the frame, such that the first and second gates selectively permit and prevent access through the V-door space. Inner panels of the first and second gates can be configured to automatically open and close in response to a catwalk extending into the V-door space or retracting from the V-door space.
Pet door and detachable window systems
Implementations of detachable door systems may include: a first panel having a first end and a second end and a second panel having a first end and a second end. The first end of the second panel is configured to removably couple with the second end of the first panel. A first triangular panel is coupled to the first end of the first panel and a second triangular panel is coupled to the second end of the second panel.
Solid transparent health gate
We disclose methods of blocking the transmission of COVID-19 and other airborne pathogens between people standing on either side of a door separating an interior space from an exterior space. In a preferred embodiment, the method comprises hingedly mounting a rigid transparent gate directly to the door so that the gate swings independently of the door. Preferably, the gate is dimensioned to substantially fill the width defined by the frame holding the door. The method further comprises releasing the gate from a storage position against the door, coupling the gate to the door frame and opening the door.
Assembly of Door and Door Frame With Reduced Risk of Squeeze Caused Injuries
Assembly of door and doorframe, the door at a back vertical edge is hinged to a doorframe hinge side of the doorframe using door hinges at the upper and lower end of the door. The doorframe hinge side is designed with a cavity while a cover is rigidly attached to the door hinges up and down. The cover has a bore pivotally attached to cover hinges with vertical pivotal axis at the doorframe hinge side having a dimension adapted to be received within said cavity in the doorframe hinge side when the door is shut The cover has a curvature with a convex outer surface having the shape of a cylinder surface of a vertical imaginary cylinder, while the bore is so positioned that it forms a center axis in the imaginary cylinder and that this center axis is positioned externally in relation to the cavity.
Up and Over Window
The invention relates to a window 20 comprising a steady frame 22, a movable frame 24, and an actuator 26 for moving the movable frame 24. The steady frame mainly extends in a plane , comprises at least one plate 220 which mainly extends in a plane perpendicular to the plane , the plate 220 comprises a main track 222 and an auxiliary track 224. The movable frame extends predominantly in a plane perpendicular to the plane and comprises: at least one pivot 242 defining a rotation axis X, perpendicular to the plane and parallel to the planes and , the pivot 242 being conformed so as to be able to be slidingly held in the main track; at least one pin 244 which is rigidly mounted on the movable frame, which extends in a direction parallel to axis X, which is spaced from axis X, and which is conformed so as to be slidingly held in the auxiliary track. Furthermore, the actuator is suitable for imposing to the pivot a slide movement along the main track; the slide movement of the pivot along the main track imposes to the pin a slide movement along the auxiliary track; the auxiliary track is shaped so as to impose to the pin a rotation around axis X during the slide movement of the pin along the auxiliary track; and the pin is supported by a crank 246 rigidly mounted on the pivot 242.
Collapsible, removable pet door
A pet door includes an elongated, rectangular panel having a first side edge hingedly attached to the free, pivotal side edge of an exterior door. The panel is formed of an upper section that is foldable onto a lower section to allow the device to be compactly transported or stored. The lower section includes an opening having a movable hatch positioned therein that allows a pet to freely pass through the panel. The upper section of the panel includes a triangular flap hingedly attached to a top edge that is securable to the upper edge of the exterior door. Accordingly, the exterior door is partially opened and the panel is pivoted against the door frame to block the space formed therebetween. The flap is secured to the top edge of the door to overlay the triangular space formed between the exterior door and frame header. Therefore, the panel forms a secure barrier between the open door and the exterior while allowing a pet to freely enter and exit the building.
