An integrated sash unit including a first sash portion. The first sash portion a first body portion and a first receiving wall extending inwardly from the first body portion. The first receiving wall has a first inner wall surface and a first peripheral wall surface opposing the first inner wall surface. The first body portion defines a first receiving surface and a first coupling surface and a first body peripheral surface opposite the first receiving surface and the first coupling surface. The integrated sash unit also includes a second sash portion forming a second body portion and a second receiving wall extending inwardly from the second body portion. The second receiving wall has a second inner wall surface and a second peripheral wall surface opposing the second inner wall surface. The second body portion defines a second receiving surface and a second coupling surface and a second body peripheral surface. The first coupling surface of the first sash portion is coupled to the second coupling surface of the second sash portion. The integrated sash unit also includes a first glazing panel supported by and coupled to the first inner wall surface of the first sash portion without being coupled to the second sash portion and a second glazing panel supported by and coupled to the second inner wall surface of the second sash portion without being coupled to the first sash portion.

ELECTRIFIED STRIP ARRANGEMENT

A molding assembly for establishing an electrical connection between an electrified planar element, which is formed with a peripheral electrical contact, and an electrical device includes a plastic frame element having an electrical conductor. The plastic frame element is adapted to be disposed along a peripheral portion of the electrified planar element that includes the peripheral contact. The plastic frame element extends between two ends. The electrical conductor extends between the two ends of the plastic frame element on a side facing the electrified planar element so that, during attachment of the plastic frame element to the peripheral portion, an electrical connection is automatically establishable between the electrical conductor and the peripheral contact.

A window frame system for fixing at least a first panel, includes at least a first window frame structure which includes at least a first window frame profile having at least first and second holders, and at least a first thermally insulating element with sixth and seventh holders. The second holder and the sixth and/or the seventh holder of the first thermally insulating element include at least one internal corner with a radius smaller than 0.5 mm. In this way, the dimensions of the window frame profile may be smaller than in the known window frame profiles. This may be advantageous for the total insulation value of the window frame system and the quantity of material required/used for the window frame profiles. Also disclosed is a thermally insulating element, a method, a window frame structure, a flexible profile, a control system and a sun protection system.

A window glazing system includes an elongate elastomeric element having a right triangular cross section defining two leg surfaces and a hypotenuse surface with chamfers on the legs at the hypotenuse. A window pane is placed in a window frame and the interior frame and the window pane are appropriately coated with construction adhesive. The legs of the elongate element are forced into the intersection of the pane and the interior frame to spread and to be retained by the adhesive. The adhesive is then additionally forced into the chamfers and the entire assembly cleaned with solvent.
