Frame for manufacturing large-surface doors or windows
A frame system for a door or window is constituted by at least one fixed frame (1) and at least one movable sash (3) mounted in the fixed frame and having a central post (5) and a handle (4). The locking system (6) for the sash (3) is integrated in the aluminum profiles of the fixed frame (1). The sash (3) has no visible aluminum profiles next to the floor and next to the ceiling. The thickness of the visible aluminum of the post and of the handle ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm and the central post (5) and the handle (4) can be mounted to either side of the movable sash without modification.
Acoustical seal system for doors
An acoustical seal system that utilizes a sound absorbing material-based sound seal for the gap or flanking path between a closed door and the nearby surfaces (e.g., the door jam or frame and the floor). When the door is in a closed position, the acoustical seal system may leave a small gap around the door so that the door does not have to make contact with the surrounding structural components. The small gap is an air passage between the two adjacent rooms. The acoustical seal system includes a housing with one or more cavities. The housing is mounted on the sides of the door core or body or on the surrounding components such that the cavities face the small air gap when the door is in the closed position. The cavities are filled with sound-absorbing material, such as an acoustical foam, that is exposed to the air gap.
Structure for blocking heat transfer through thermal bridge of building
A structure for blocking heat transfer through a thermal bridge of a building, includes an inner visual glass curtain wall, an outer visual glass curtain wall, an indoor metal frame, an outdoor metal frame, an outer decorative metal cover, a first thermal break strip, a second thermal break strip, a first nylon thermal break block and a second nylon thermal break block. The first thermal break strip, which is located in contact with the outdoor metal frame, the indoor metal frame, the first nylon thermal break block and the second nylon thermal break block, is an aerogel thermal insulation blanket. The second thermal break strip, which is located in contact with the indoor metal frame, the second nylon thermal break block, the outer decorative metal cover and the inner visual glass curtain wall, is another aerogel thermal insulation blanket.
Architectural manufactures, apparatus and methods using additive manufacturing techniques
An apparatus, method and manufacture utilizes additive manufacturing techniques to produce architectural manufactures such as windows and doors. The manufactures may have a composite construction and may feature inclusions like metal plates and reinforcements. The model used for controlling the manufacturing process may be derived from digital scanning of the structure on which the manufacture is used. Optionally, a finite element analysis is used to test the model and alter it in response to stress and/or thermal requirements.

Energy saving security composite window
An energy-saving security composite window comprising a peripheral side frame and glass installed on the side frame, in which the side frame is of composite structure. A rectangular high strength metal pipe is located centrally to serve as a main body of the side frame and a cavity of the rectangular high-strength metal pipe is filled with a filling material. A plurality of non-metal profiles are respectively fixed on an outer surface of the rectangular high-strength metal pipe, and an installation groove for installing glass is formed between the rectangular high strength metal pipe and the non-metal profile. An external profile is a metal alloy material, a wooden material, a plastic material, or a glass material fixed on an outer surface of the non-metal profile. The performances of external windows of buildings, such as heat insulation, heat preservation, energy saving, sound insulation, and wind pressure resistance, is improved.

FRAME FOR MANUFACTURING LARGE-SURFACE DOORS OR WINDOWS
The present invention consists of aluminum frames for manufacturing doors or windows, with or without thermal break, which is applied in a door or window opening of a building. It is constituted by at least one fixed frame (1) which may or may not be integrated in the floor, in the ceiling, or in the walls, and fixed or movable sashes (3) which have central posts (5) and handle (4). The locking system (6) of the sashes (3) is integrated in the aluminum profiles of the fixed frame (1) and makes it possible to adjust the number of locking points to the size of the sashes (3). The sashes (3) have no visible aluminum profiles next to the floor and next to the ceiling. In the zone of the posts (5) and of the handles the visible aluminum thickness ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm.
