Closure
A container closure (10) is provided and comprises a base (50) and a lid (55), and the footprint of the lid is larger than the footprint of the base.
Window well cover
The window well cover is a cover that is placed on top of the window well. The window well cover is a screened frame that prevents debris from falling into the window well but allows light to pass into the window well in order to provide natural light to enter cellar environments. The window well cover is fitted with a first door and a second door that allows access into the window well for maintenance purposes. The first door and the second door are secured with a locking latch when closed. The window well cover comprises a first door, a second door, a master panel, and a locking latch. The first door and the second door are mounted on the master panel. The locking latch secures the first door and the second door in the closed position.
Pet door enclosure system
The door system disclosed herein includes a frame and a door fabricated from a plurality of horizontal and vertical wire rods. The door may have an inverted hook which is aligned to a horizontal wire rod of the frame when the door is pivoted to the closed position. To close the door, the door is dropped so that the horizontal wire rod of the frame is traversed into the inverted hook. At this point, the animal inside of the pet crate cannot open the door by pushing the door. Rather, the door must be raised so that the inverted hook clears the horizontal wire rod of the frame to pivot the door to the opened position.

Tilt-to-Clean-in-All-Weather Window with Hidden Insect Screening
A single-hung tilt-to-clean window frame of otherwise standard configuration is furnished with a non-sliding upper sash and a vertically sliding lower sash with each sash having typical tilt-to-clean hardware. When the lower sash is opened and adjusted up/down, insect screen (331) attached to the bottom of the lower sash is dispensed from a self-storing roller unit (330) hidden inside the window sill, automatically filling the ventilation aperture. Thus, vision-restricting screening is out of sight until actually required. Also, the cold wind, muggy air or precipitation that can hinder cleaning operations are blocked by an impervious membrane (334) stretched over the window's opening, before cleaning begins, by way of a handle (343) attached to cables (340) pulling a rod (336) moving a tube (335) placed behind a fold in the membrane.
Assembly of Door and Door Frame With Reduced Risk of Squeeze Caused Injuries
Assembly of door and doorframe, the door at a back vertical edge is hinged to a doorframe hinge side of the doorframe using door hinges at the upper and lower end of the door. The doorframe hinge side is designed with a cavity while a cover is rigidly attached to the door hinges up and down. The cover has a bore pivotally attached to cover hinges with vertical pivotal axis at the doorframe hinge side having a dimension adapted to be received within said cavity in the doorframe hinge side when the door is shut The cover has a curvature with a convex outer surface having the shape of a cylinder surface of a vertical imaginary cylinder, while the bore is so positioned that it forms a center axis in the imaginary cylinder and that this center axis is positioned externally in relation to the cavity.
Garage door carrier system
A garage door carrier system carries an overhead garage door between a closed position blocking entry of a vehicle into a garage, and an open position allowing entry of the vehicle into the garage. The garage door is in rolling engagement with a track that guides the garage door. A lever, rotating about a pivot, has a counterweight at a first end and is rotatably connected to the garage door at a second opposite load end. The counterweight provides in-force at the first end that translates as out-force at the load end as the lever rotates about the pivot to carry the garage door between the closed position and the open position.
