Multifunctional window
A sash (62) of a window opening up to 180° and capable of tilting is mounted onto a fixedly installed frame profile (63) and houses a pair of superimposing sashes that fit tightly therein when in closure position, i.e. an upper stationary sash (65) and a lower movable-divertible sash (64), each of the sashes (64,65) provided with laterally extending shafts (49) for connection with sash (62), roller wheels (50) provided onto the shafts (49) of sash (64) that roll within a predefined path created by insert guide profile members (19) and diverter guide members (66,68) to alternately bring sash (64) in a position of superimposing sash (65) and a position of alignment with the same. Lifting mechanisms (46) provided with a regulatory screw (84) for adjusting the pretension of a spring component thereof and thereby the force required by the user for moving the sash (64) are installed within the vertically extending sides of the sash (62).
VIBRATION ISOLATOR FOR OVERHEAD DOORS
In an example an overhead door track is provided. The overhead door track includes a vertical track section having an opening to receive a roller of a panel of an overhead door and to guide movement of the roller within the opening and a single solid polymer based vibration isolator coupled to the vertical track section to reduce vibration of the vertical track section caused by movement of the roller within the opening.

Fume cupboard provided with improved accessibility to the sash transmission system
A fume cupboard, of the type comprising a framework with two front uprights (2a,2b), two rear uprights (3a,3b), a rear panel (11), two side panels (6,7), an upper panel (8) and a sash (4) consisting of a frame (12) and at least one panel (13) for closing an inner chamber (1 0) of said fume cupboard (1). The fume cupboard of the invention comprises a transmission system (14) for transmission of the vertical movements of said sash (4) located inside the abovementioned front uprights (2a,2b), or inside said front uprights (2a,2b) and said rear uprights (3a,3b).

Sash retention system
A fenestration assembly comprises a frame having a first jamb and a second jamb parallel to and spaced from the first jamb; a movable sash movably mounted to the frame; a fixed sash fixedly attached to the frame; a plurality of clips coupling the fixed sash to the frame; and an adhesive connector securing an outer face of the fixed sash to the frame.
BREAKAWAY SASH LUG FOR HUNG WINDOWS
A breakaway sash lug assembly for a hung window includes a sash mount seat attachable to a window sash and a lug body rigidly attached to the sash mount seat via a releasable coupling that is configured to release at least one side of the lug body from the sash mount seat upon application a relatively small external force on the lug body. The releasable coupling may inhibit damage from inadvertent contact between the lug body and other portions of the hung window, for example during tilting of the sash for cleaning. The releasable coupling may include a hinge and a latch and/or a snap attachment.

Dock door automation system and method
A system and method are provided for automated engaging of a truck trailer at a loading dock. Sensors measure a distance and an angle of alignment between the incoming trailer and a wall of the loading dock. An outside lighting system guides a truck driver backing the trailer toward the dock door. A vehicle restraint system fixates the trailer within the loading dock in response to signals from the sensors. An overhead dock door opens once the trailer is successfully fixated by the vehicle restraint system. A dock leveler deploys after the overhead dock door opens. An inside dock light indicates to dock personnel that the trailer is ready to be serviced. Once servicing of the trailer is finished, an automated release of the trailer from the loading dock may be initiated by PLC communication.
