Lock for Slideable Fenestration
Disclosed herein is a fenestration assembly. The assembly includes a movable sash assembly, a first lock counterpart connected to the movable sash assembly, a fixed sash assembly, a second lock counterpart connected to the fixed sash assembly, and a sill configuration. While the fixed sash assembly is mounted to the sill configuration, and while the movable sash assembly is mounted to the sill configuration at a first height, the movable sash assembly is lockable to the fixed sash assembly. While the fixed sash assembly is mounted to the sill configuration, and while the movable sash assembly is mounted to the sill configuration at a second height, the movable sash assembly is lockable to the fixed sash assembly. While there is an absence of locking between the movable and fixed sash assemblies, the movable sash assembly is movable relative to the sill configuration.

Framework Assembly with Sill Configuration Including a Shoulder
Disclosed herein is a sill configuration of a framework assembly. The sill configuration includes a shoulder, defining a plug supporting surface. The sill configuration is configured for co-operation with the movable sash configuration and the fixed sash configuration so that while a movable sash configuration and a fixed sash configuration are mounted to the sill configuration: (i) the movable sash configuration is slidable, relative to the sill configuration, and (ii) the movable sash configuration, the fixed sash configuration, and the sill configuration are co-operatively disposed so that a space is defined between the movable sash configuration, the fixed sash configuration, and the sill configuration, and (iii) the plug supporting surface of the shoulder is configured for supporting a plug for disposition within the space. While the framework assembly is mounted within the opening of the building construction, the plug-supporting surface is elevated relative to the base.
Pocket Door System
A pocket door system for inhibiting an animal from passing through a doorway includes a door frame is positioned within a wall. A door unit is slidably positioned within the wall. The door unit is biased into a closed position having the door unit extending across the door frame. Thus, the door unit may inhibit an animal from passing through the door frame. The door unit is selectively urged into an open position. Thus, the door unit facilitates the animal to pass through the door frame.
Arrangement For Moving Fenestration Panels
The invention is an arrangement for moving fenestration panels, comprising fenestration panels (12a-12d) each having two guiding elements protruding respect to each of opposite guide sides, and two track constructions (5) having identical paths, each adapted oppositely arranged for guiding the two guiding elements.
In the arrangement the track constructions (5) are adapted to be arranged in a lower and upper structure portion, comprising first, second and third main track element (10a-10c) adapted to be arranged beside each other, and connector track elements (26a′-32b″) adapted for interconnecting the first and second main track element (10a, 10b), and the second and third main track element (10b, 10c), a track element-connecting pair (32a, 32b) of them is configured being suitable for separated transferring of the guiding elements of each fenestration panels (12a-12d) between the main track elements (10a-10c).
MOBILE MODULAR DWELLING SYSTEM
A mobile modular dwelling system comprising a floor; a front semicircular sub-assembly secured to the floor, the front semicircular sub-assembly including a pane arrangement; and a rear polygonal sub-assembly also secured to the floor and to the front semicircular sub-assembly. In combination, the front and rear sub-assemblies provide a shelter in the face of prevailing wind and rain, regardless of the direction from which weather may originate, while offering an interior designer a wider latitude of furniture choices than does a semicircular footprint alone.
Ligature safe door
The safe door is a releasable door comprising a fire resistant body attached to a door jamb to provide privacy. Safe door comprises a frame less door panel attached to a door jamb by magnets engineered to release when a breakaway force is applied to the door in any direction. Safe door is assembled with welding and adhesive of a foam core, a fire sock and a protective sheet inside a cover of vinyl sheeting. The fire sock and cover are closed to prevent moisture penetration or disassembly to protect people and property. A handle on a handle side and a hinge on a hinge side attach where a traditional door may attach to allow door to move from an open position to a closed position.
SLIDING PANEL SYSTEM AND METHOD
A sliding panel system is disclosed. The system includes a fitting assembly designed to fixedly secure a first panel to an elongate rail member, and a carrier assembly designed to moveably secure a second panel to the elongate rail member. The system facilitates the lateral movement of the second panel with respect to the first panel. The carrier assembly includes at least one carrier unit including a housing with an inner volume, at least one roller unit configured in an upper portion of the inner volume, at least one guide member configured in the inner volume, and an opening extending across the front of the housing and adapted to receive a longitudinal portion of the rail member. The at least one roller unit and the at least one guide member are concealed within the housing when the housing is viewed from a perspective perpendicular to the front of the housing.
