LIQUID CONTAINMENT DOOR WITH CONTINUOUS GASKET
A pedestrian door system includes a door frame comprising a frame strike side, a frame hinge side, and a frame sealing surface that extends up each of the frame strike and frame hinge sides. A threshold extends between the frame strike and frame hinge sides and includes a base secured to a floor surface and a threshold sealing surface. A door panel includes a panel bottom side, a panel strike side, a panel hinge side, and a continuous gasket extending continuously along the panel bottom side and up each of the panel strike and panel hinge sides. A door hinge couples the panel hinge side to the frame hinge side and facilitates hinged movement of the door panel between an open position and a closed position in which the gasket seals against the frame sealing surface and the threshold sealing surface in a liquid-tight manner.
Modular Shielded Enclosures And Related Methods Using Glidable Shielded Walls
Lightweight, glidable shielded components (e.g. doors) may be used in conjunction with accredited enclosures to provide electromagnetic, acoustic and CBR protection.
Emergency entry-way system
An emergency entryway system that provides for the detection of occupants in a room, fires outside of a door, and sealing the entryway during a fire emergency is disclosed. The emergency entryway system includes a door enclosed by a door frame, at least one display unit mounted in one side of door and at least one camera mounted in the door frame on the opposite side of the door, whereby the display unit in the door displays an image transmitted from the camera from the other side of the door frame and door. The door frame of the emergency entryway system may include at least one of a smoke detector, a carbon monoxide detector, or a radon detector, at least one fire extinguisher, an oxygen sensor, an alarm, a gas inflator canister, and an inflatable tubing configured to seal a space between the door and the door frame during a fire emergency.
Radio Frequency Shielded Door System
A radio frequency shielding door system comprising a door, a frame, and a plurality of sealing mechanisms. The door is situated within and perimetrically surrounded by the frame with the plurality of sealing mechanisms arranged between the door and the frame. The plurality of sealing mechanisms further comprise a first U-channel, a second U-channel, and an inflatable seal. The second U-channel is slidingly engaged with the first U-channel and the inflatable seal is arranged between the first U-channel and the second U-channel. When activated, the second U-channel slides relative to the first U-channel, filling the space between the door and the frame while the inflatable seal provides additional sealing between the first and second U-channels.
ADA COMPLIANT SHIELDED DOOR
Door sealing systems for providing an RF seal to a door to an enclosure such as an anechoic chamber are disclosed. According to one aspect, a door sealing system includes a door having an outer periphery and a plurality of extendable and retractable knife edges along at least a portion of the outer periphery. The door sealing system includes a door frame having a plurality of channels corresponding to the plurality of knife edges, each knife edge projecting outward in a direction parallel to a face of the door and into the corresponding channels when the door is in a sealed position. Further, the door sealing system may include channels in the door frame along which knife edges of the door frame move.

Inflatable Gate Seal Assembly
An inflatable gate seal assembly includes a dump box that is mountable on a dump truck for carrying and dumping a load. A gate is hingedly coupled to the dump box for opening and closing the dump box. A conduit is integrated into the dump box and the conduit is fluidly coupled to an air compressor of the dump truck to receive compressed air from the air compressor. A control is positioned in a cab of the dump truck and the control is in electrical communication with the air compressor. A balloon is coupled to the dump box and the balloon is in fluid communication with the conduit. The balloon is inflated when the control is put in an on condition. Thus, the balloon engages the gate when the balloon is inflated and the gate is in the closed position to inhibit debris from passing between the dump box and the gate.
Window seal for preventing water penetration
A water penetration prevention system includes an insert for being positioned along a track for a window, the insert having a first engaging portion disposed on a first side of the insert and a second engaging portion disposed on a second side of the insert. The system also includes a seal engaging member disposed between the first engaging portion and the second engaging portion, the seal engaging member being selectively positionable between a first position that a second position. The seal engaging member, in the second position, applies a force on at least one of the first side of the insert and the second side of the insert that causes the at least one of the first side of the insert and the second side of the insert to sealingly engage a corresponding one of the window and a vertical wall of the track.
Temporary water barrier to prevent flooding through residential and commercial doors
A temporary water barrier for residential and commercial doors. The temporary water barrier is an inflatable bladder that is configured to be installed in a doorway and inflated to create a barrier to water within the jam of the door or opening beneath the door. The elongate bladder has sealed ends, an inflation valve to communicate an inflation fluid to an interior of the bladder. A resilient seal may be provided along one or more of a top surface and a bottom surface of the bladder. A notch may be defined in the bladder with the notch dimensioned to fit around a hinge supporting the door in the doorway.
Pressurized sliding door
Embodiments are directed to systems and methods for a sliding door in a pressurized aircraft. In one embodiment, an aircraft comprises a fuselage having a door opening, and a door configured to slide into the door opening from within the fuselage, the door held in a closed position in the door opening by excess air pressure within the fuselage during operation of the aircraft.
