DOOR FRAME AND THRESHOLD ASSEMBLY
A door frame and threshold assembly, comprising a reservoir tube, including a first top surface comprising at least one inlet weep hole, a first rear surface, a first bottom surface, and a first front surface comprising at least one outlet weep hole, an interior sill portion, including a second top surface, a third top angled elevationally downward in a first direction, an exterior sill portion, including a fourth top surface angled elevationally downward in the first direction, a second rear surface engaged with the reservoir tube and spaced apart from the interior sill portion, and a third bottom surface, and a sill pan operatively arranged under and spaced apart from at least one of the first bottom surface and the third bottom surface, wherein the sill pan forms a conduit in fluid communication with the outlet weep hole.
Window sill flashing
The present invention is directed towards a window sill flashing comprising a base having a substantially rectangular shape. A front flange projects perpendicularly downward from a front edge of the base and at least one side flange extends vertically from a side edge of the base. The side flange includes a front surface. The window sill flashing is made from a rigid homopolymer vinyl film.

COLLAPSIBLE DRIP COVER FOR SLIDING FENESTRATION UNIT
A drip cover for a fenestration unit. The fenestration unit includes a frame and a slideable panel supported for sliding movement within the frame. A gap is defined between the slideable panel and the frame. The drip cover includes a mounting member configured to attach to the slideable panel. The drip cover also includes an overhang that projects from the mounting member and that is configured to cover over the gap when the mounting member is attached to the slideable panel. The overhang is supported for resilient flexure relative to the mounting member between a neutral position and a flexed position. The overhang is resiliently biased toward the neutral position. The overhang, when the mounting member is attached to the slideable panel, is configured to contact a surface, thereby resiliently flexing the overhang between the neutral position and the flexed position, as the slideable panel slides relative to the surface.
SLIDING GLASS DOOR WEDGE
A rain deflector apparatus provides a declined body surface to deflect water away from a sliding glass door (or similar structure) and a one or more compliant portion in order to prevent water and debris from collecting in the track and making its way under the door. In a preferred embodiment, the rain deflector apparatus is secured to the door or door track by a one or more attachment mechanism. The attachment mechanism(s) is/are selected such that their holding force to the track or other structure is sufficient to keep the upper edge of the apparatus pressed up against the glass and the lower edge in sealed relation to the track or floor.

SLIDING GLASS DOOR WEDGE
A rain deflector apparatus provides a declined body surface to deflect water away from a sliding glass door (or similar structure) and a compliant base portion that can be sealably inserted into the sliding glass door's track (or similar structure) in order to prevent water and debris from collecting in the track and making its way under the door. In a preferred embodiment, the rain deflector apparatus is secured to the glass of the sliding glass door by way of one or more suction cups. The suction cups are selected such that their holding force to the glass is sufficient to keep the upper edge of the apparatus pressed up against the glass and the lower edge in sealed relation to the track or floor.
