Secure package door casing
A structured casing built within an exterior door in an exterior doorway. The casing comprises of an access tray with a handle and an inner tray flap on the inside of the enclosed casing that are connected by an assembled bracket system, an access door with a handle and a locking device on the interior back, opposing interior and exterior side panels, an interior and exterior casing top, and a casing bottom. Opening the access tray sets the assembled bracket system in motion causing the inner tray flap to position at a 90-degree angle, forming a flat package receiving space. Closing the access tray further sets the assembled bracket system in motion causing the inner tray flap to return to its starting position releasing the package to the bottom where the package can then be retrieved by unlocking and opening the access door from inside a home or building.

Multi-purpose concealing apparatus
A multi-purpose concealing apparatus for concealing objects, for example, knobs, locks, etc., positioned on an external structure, for example, a door is provided. A first base member is attached to a frame of the external structure. A second base member is positioned on the external structure, adjacent to the first base member. The second base member defines a space for accommodating the objects and can accommodate auxiliary objects, for example, a key rack. Upper and lower slide elements are attached parallel to upper and lower inner panels respectively, and perpendicular to the second base member. Upper and lower outer panels of an enclosing structure slide against the upper and lower slide elements on the second base member to enclose the second base member. A concealing member is hingedly connected to the enclosing structure to conceal the objects. A magnetic board is attached to the inner surface of the concealing member.
SECURE PACKAGE DELIVERY AND PICK-UP SYSTEM
A secure package delivery and pick-up system includes a security door having a frame, and one or more collapsible storage compartments affixed to the frame. The collapsible storage compartments are configured for accommodating packages. An electronic unit is mounted on the frame, and is configured for electronically controlling an operation for the collapsible storage compartments. A security device is connected to the security door and receives images of a physical object from a first camera, receives an indication from at least one security tether indicating movement of the at least one physical object, and provides an alert based on the indication of movement of the at least one physical object.
PET VESTIBULE
A pet vestibule configured for being attached to a door and to either swing open with the door or to be removably installed so the vestibule can be released from the interior side of the door before the door is opened, and the door can swing freely. The vestibule can then be rolled out of the doorway.
