A DOOR OPERATION SYSTEM
The present invention relates to a door operation system (1) for a door (2), the door (2) comprising: a protective barrier (3) configured to be in a rolled-in open state and configured to cover a door opening (18) in a rolled-out closed state; and first tracks (9a, 9b) arranged on side frames (19a, 19b) at each side of the protective barrier (3); the door operation system (1) comprising: curved or spiral tracks (13a, 13b) arranged at each side of the protective barrier (3) for accommodation of the protective barrier (3) in the rolled-in open state; and at least one drive unit (6) connected to the protective barrier (3) for moving the protective barrier (3) from the rolled-out closed state to the rolled-in open state and vice versa; wherein the protective barrier (3) comprises first transmission elements (11a, 11b) connected to the at least one drive unit (6); wherein the curved or spiral tracks (13a, 13b) each comprises a second transmission element (14a, 14b); and wherein the first transmission elements (11a, 11b) are omega drive units configured to mesh with the second transmission elements (14a, 14b) and to move the protective barrier (3) along the second transmission elements (14a, 14b) by operating the drive unit (6) for moving the protective barrier (3) from the rolled-out closed state to the rolled-in open state, and vice versa. The invention also relates to a method for replacing sections (4) of a protective barrier (3) of a door (2).
FORTIFIED ROLL-UP BARRIER
A barrier system includes a roll-up barrier comprising a plurality of slats hingedly connected, a guide system, and a drive system. Each slat of the plurality of slats includes a central portion having a first thickness, a top portion, and a bottom portion. At least one of the top portion or the bottom portion having a second thickness less than the first thickness. The top portion of each slat overlaps the bottom portion of an adjacent slat forming an overlapping region having the first thickness when the barrier is in a closed configuration. The guide system is configured to guide movement of the roll-up barrier. The drive system configured to transition the roll-up barrier between open and closed configurations along the guide system.
DYNAMIC FACADE SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING SHADING
A dynamic facade system for controlling shading, characterized in that said facade system comprises a block (30) composed of an outer glass panel (31), an intermediate framework (32) inside which a series of steel cables (33) are fixed, and an inner framework (34) that incorporates an inner glass panel (35); said outer glass panel (31), said intermediate framework (32) and said inner framework (34) being joined to one another: said system comprises modules (10) fixed on said cables (33); said modules (10) comprise a first outer structure (12); said first outer structure (12) comprises a frame-shaped square base (15) and at least one first wing (16); said at least one first wing (16) is movably connected to said frame-shaped square base (15) by means of a first hinge (20); characterized in that said first hinge (20) is made with a shape memory element with passive configuration.
ROLLER SHUTTER FOR AUTOMOBILE
The present invention discloses a roller shutter for an automobile, comprising guide slots, a roller shutter, a lock catch assembly locked with the guide slots, a rolling and unrolling assembly, a plurality of groups of pre-positioning installation assemblies and locking assemblies. Compared with the prior art, the roller shutter for an automobile enables the two guide slots to keep parallel through the pre-positioning installation assemblies and the positioning and locking assemblies during the assembling of the roller shutter. Because the switching process of the roller shutter is smoother at the connection between the roller shutter and the guide slots, more labor is saved. A guide turntable enables the roller shutter to slide through frictional force with the slots of the roller shutter, rolling and unrolling become smooth. The lock catch assembly can lock and position the roller shutter at any time, flexibility is strong and freedom is high.
