Protection device having two gaskets of different heights
A protection device includes a tenter frame (1) having horizontal and vertical frame struts (2) and connectors, which connect the frame struts (2) to one another. Each of the frame struts (2) has at least one outer profile strip (3) and at least one inner profile strip (4) pushed in a telescoping manner into the outer profile strip(s) (3). The outer profile strip (3) forms an outer profile strip contour (5) extending along its longitudinal extension, and the inner profile strip (4) forms an inner profile strip contour (6) extending along its longitudinal extension.
Fenestration assembly and building service control with the same
A fenestration system includes one or more of a light modulation controller or ventilation modulation controller. The light modulation controller is in communication with at least one light modulation element of a fenestration assembly having a frame and a panel. The light modulation controller includes a light prescription module configured to provide a specified light prescription for the building interior. A lighting difference module is configured to determine a prescription difference between the specified light prescription and ambient light. A dynamic light module of the light modulation controller operates the at least one light modulation element according to the prescription difference. The ventilation modulation controller is in communication with at least one operator configured to open and close the panel. A ventilation prescription module provides a specified ventilation prescription for the building interior, and a dynamic ventilation module implements panel closing and opening according to the specified ventilation prescription.
ADJUSTABLE VERTICAL BARRIER FOR A RETRACTABLE SCREEN
An adjustable vertical barrier placed at the bottom of a retractable screen to adjust for an uneven floor surface comprised of a housing for attached on one end of the screen enclosure and weighted lift bar within the housing for attachment of a felt gasket, whereby the lift bar is freely vertically movable within the housing so that the felt gasket conforms to the contour of a floor surface and the lift bar is retained within housing a foot on the lift bar cooperates with a first notch within the housing.
Frame comprising profile connectors with a rotational joint
The present invention relates to a frame for an insect protection device for use with a building opening, comprising at least two vertical frame struts (1.1, 1.2), at least two horizontal frame struts (2.1, 2.2), and profile connectors (5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2) in each case comprising at least one first connecting arm (7) and one second connecting arm (8), characterised in that each profile connector (5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2) has a rotational joint (11) between the connecting arms (7, 8) having at least one axis of rotation (9, 10), such that in an initial position the vertical frame struts (1.1, 1.2) and the horizontal frame struts (2.1, 2.2) are oriented parallel to one another and that, by pivoting the frame struts (1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2) relative to one another about the axes of rotation (9, 10) of the rotational joints (11) of the profile connectors (5.1, 5.2, 6.1, 6.2) connecting together two respective frame struts, the frame is able to be transferred into an assembly position in which the horizontal frame struts (2.1, 2.2) and the vertical frame struts (1.1, 1.2) are arranged in a frame plane at a right angle to one another.
Insect protection arrangement for an opening in a mobile vehicle unit
An insect protection arrangement for an opening in a mobile vehicle unit. The insect protection arrangement includes a frame arrangement having two guide rails and at least one frame strip which connects the two guide rails. The at least one frame strip has an extendable insect protection screen which is guided movably in the two guide rails. Each of the two guide rails are connected to the at least one frame strip via a rotary joint.
Foldable door
A garage door apparatus includes a screen that includes a flexible, perforated material. The garage door apparatus includes a first attachment arm attached to a first portion of a second side of the screen. The garage door apparatus includes a second attachment arm attached to a second portion of the second side of the screen. The garage door apparatus includes a third attachment arm attached to a first portion of a fourth side of the screen. The garage door apparatus includes a fourth attachment arm attached to a second portion of the fourth side of the screen. The garage door apparatus includes an attachment bar attached to the third side of the screen. The screen is movable between a retracted position and an extended position.
WINDOW SCREEN SYSTEMS
The present disclosure is directed to a window screen system for use with casement, hopper, awning, utility window designs to prevent dirt, debris, and insects from entering into the interior of the unit. The system can include an installment configured to be installed on existing window frames to provide screen protection only when the window is open and a screen is needed. As such, a user can have a clear view out of the glass window without the unsightliness, distortion, or solar blockage that a traditional “always visible” screen causes.
