Method and apparatus for mixing grow media and addmixtures with a polymer for spraying onto surfaces for the growing of plants and the management of water
The invention taught is a method and apparatus to mix a special polymer, hot water or other hot water material containing additives and a special mixture of dry growing substances mixed in a particular way so that they may be applied to structures such as to ceilings, walls, and any grade of vertical slants, commercial roofs, courtyards, indoor and outdoor applications. The purpose is to coat any surface and grow any plant for any reason be it erosion control, beautification of an area. The invention would help in reforestation after fires and such. This invention has a wide range of applications and so it is impossible to limit it to just one of these applications. Green parking lots and green areas that before could not be made green is just one area for the invention.
LOADER FOR HOISTING SKYLIGHT ONTO ROOF
An L-shaped track has a vertical part configured to stand on the ground, a horizontal part configured to span over a roof, and a curved part in between. A motor-driven winch moves a carriage up and down the track. The carriage engages a skylight, which can be quickly and easily hoisted from the ground to the roof up the track to the roof to install the skylight.
Standing seam mounting brackets
A standing seam mounting bracket and a method of using two or three to provide attachment points along a standing seam roof is provided. The standing seam mounting brackets enable complementary use of commonly-owned equipment for enabling roof maintenance and construction. The standing seam mounting brackets may be used in concert with roof jacks, roof ladders, scaffolding members and the like that are commonly owned by most contractors so as to facilitate safe and easy horizontal and vertical movement along the sloped roof.
Construction Devices for Roofing
A device for use in securing a ladder to a roof for use in attaching roofing panels to the roof or for inspecting panels. The device includes a main body portion having a bottom floor having a plurality of corrugation openings formed therethrough, the corrugation openings sized and configured to straddle corrugations of roofing panels while allowing the bottom floor to lie substantially flat on the panel. A plurality of fastener openings are functionally associated with the bottom floor for use in selectively securing and detaching the main body portion to the roof using roofing fasteners. In embodiments attachment member chambers contain attachment members slidably disposed therein for use in attaching the device to a roof. Methods of using the devices for installing roofing panels and inspecting panel roofs are included.

TELESCOPING DEVICE FOR CLIMBING ON A ROOF
A handheld, lightweight pole that telescopically extends a substantial length that terminates at a hook. The hook allows the user to attach the pole securely to the ridge. A plurality of rungs is spaced along the pole, wherein each rung acts as a step or handle to help the user climb safely. Each hung may be selectively positioned along the pole.
Safety ladder support for use with parapet roofs and to protect gutters on the roof during a construction project
A safety ladder device supported by a worker to secure an extension ladder used by a worker to climb onto a roof to make repairs. The present invention is primarily used for roof repair construction on a parapet roof. The invention includes a wide section and a narrow section, one of which is hammered into a top wall of the parapet roof and extends forward off the roof to retain the extension ladder in a secure manner to prevent the ladder moving side-to-side or falling away.
Safety ladder
A safety ladder for accessing the rooftop of a building structure is disclosed. In a version, the safety ladder comprises a first and second side rail extending between a lower free end and an upper free end; a plurality of horizontal rungs vertically disposed between the side rails; and a hinged roof portion operably positioned between the first and second side rails near the upper free end terminating at a top end, wherein the hinged roof portion rotates about a hinge axis between a default position and a forward rooftop position.
