LADDER WALKTHROUGH
A ladder walkthrough assembly can include a ladder; and a ladder walkthrough including a frame and a guide post, the frame coupled to the ladder the guide post coupled to the frame and extending upwards above a top end of the ladder. The frame can include a first bracket coupled to a first side rail of the ladder and a second bracket coupled to a second side rail of the ladder.
Tether System for a Safety Line
A tether system for a safety line has an elongate guide track and stay elements arranged to move along the guide track and be carried at spaced positions along the length of a tether line. The system is typically employed in a fall arrest or protection system mounted to a structure, having an ascent/descent ladder fixed to the structure, the system including a self-retracting safety line device including a safety line, mounted at height.
MEASUREMENT SYSTEM, APPARATUS, METHOD AND PROGRAM
A measurement system according to the present embodiment includes a work tool, a sensor unit, an acquisition unit, a change unit, and a calculation unit. The work tool has a tread board with a variable width. The sensor unit is provided in the work tool. The acquisition unit acquires, from the sensor unit, time-series data on gravity center sway of a worker, in a state where the worker is standing on the tread board. The change unit reduces the width of the tread board in response to a trigger. The calculation unit calculates, from the time-series data, an evaluation value for the gravity center sway of the worker, for each width of the tread board.
MODULAR LADDER SYSTEM
A modular ladder system includes a first ladder module comprising a first plurality of ladder steps; a second ladder module comprising a second plurality of ladder steps; and a ladder base, the modular ladder system is configurable in an unassembled configuration and an assembled configuration; wherein: in the unassembled configuration, the first ladder module is detached from the second ladder module and the first and second ladder modules are stacked on the ladder base; and in the assembled configuration, the first ladder module is coupled to the ladder base and the second ladder module is attached to the first ladder module opposite the ladder base to define a ladder extending upward from the ladder base.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SECURING A LADDER
A ladder anchoring system utilizing a ground anchoring device and a series of strap assemblies to secure the ladder in position and hold the ladder tightly against both the ground surface and the associated structure to prevent tipping or falling. Further, the ladder anchor system of the present disclosure is quickly and easily installed and/or adjusted to allow for ease of manufacturing, assembly, and/or use thereof.
Ladder safely mechanisms
A ladder safety mechanism comprises at least one clamp, preferably a pair of spaced apart clamps, attachable part way along a ladder, to secure the ladder to part of a structure. In some embodiments, the mechanism includes at least one manually operated actuator, such as a rope or cable, coupled to the at least one clamp to enable a user located at the bottom of the ladder to open the at least one clamp to receive the part of a structure. In some embodiments, the at least one clamp is automatically secured to the part of the structure by placing the clamp onto the structure. The at least one manually operated actuator also enables a user located at the bottom of the ladder to open the at least one clamp to release the part of the structure. The at least one clamp is oriented substantially perpendicularly to a part of the structure to which the ladder is to be attached.

Foldable balcony balustrade-combined fire/disaster evacuation facility
The present invention relates to a facility comprising: a fixed frame fixedly installed on an outer wall of a veranda or a balcony of a high-rise building; a foldable evacuation box which can be unfolded in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped having an open top side and has and evacuation door on a side thereof; a fall prevention and evacuation means which can be structurally changed to an emergency stairway for fire evacuation; an evacuation box locking means which allows the foldable evacuation box to be unfolded in a rectangular parallelepiped form; a locking means which holds and fixes the fall prevention and evacuation means to the fixed frame; and an entry prevention door which prevents an evacuee from entering inside a veranda or a balcony from the foldable evacuation box through the fixed frame.
Safety Ladder Device
The present invention relates to a safety ladder device primarily comprised of a ladder frame, a plurality of ladder feet, a first outrigger, a second outrigger and at least one safety strap. The plurality of ladder feet may further be comprised of a continuous opening that can receive a ground spike or fastener that allows a user to secure the device to and/or into a nearby surface for stabilization of the device during use. Both outriggers preferably attach to each side of the top step of the ladder frame via a hinge that allows both outriggers to move freely and be placed at a variety of angles to further stabilize the device. In addition, the at least one safety strap is positioned around the device, such that it prevents a user from falling off the device, yet still allows the device to remain fully functional.
Telescoping step ladder safety hand rails and beam
A telescoping safety hand rail and beam for step ladders. The invention consists of two upright telescopic rails and a telescopic horizontal beam and tray. The tray includes a container, various pass-through openings for holding tools, a paint can hook and a pass through orifice to accept the horizontal beams to allow telescopic movement. The inner rails extend upwards from the fixed outer rails and latch in place at the top and middle of the telescoping travel range. This advantageously allows the utilization of all steps of a ladder by providing a supplemental knee brace and eliminates the dangerous opportunity to stand unbraced on any step of a ladder. The invention is mounted to a step ladder with strategically placed brackets and double sided mounting tape.
