Downhole probe tool
A downhole fluid sampling system includes a tool body to attach to a tubing string, and multiple probe pads having a curved shape and disposed circumferentially about a section of the tool body in a helical gear pattern about a central longitudinal axis of the tool body. Each probe pad includes probes on an external surface of the respective probe pad, and each probe can contact and engage a wall of a wellbore and receive a flow of formation fluid from the wall of the wellbore. An outer surface of the tool body includes multiple channels disposed circumferentially about the section of the tool body and between the probe pads. The channels direct fluid flow along the tool body.
Roller reamer
A roller reamer for downhole operations in boreholes, such as are drilled for oil and/or natural gas production, or as injection wells. An elongated main body has preferably three circumferentially spaced pockets. A roller assembly is preferably disposed in each pockets, the roller rotating in roller blocks at each end of the roller disposed within the roller blocks. Mating locking profiles, such as dovetails, lock the roller blocks within the pockets, as the roller blocks are moved longitudinally into the locking profiles, preventing any radially outward movement of the roller assembly. The roller assembly is prevented from longitudinal movement within the pockets by lock blocks also positioned within the pockets.
Roller reamer
A roller reamer for downhole operations in boreholes, such as are drilled for oil and/or natural gas production, or as injection wells. An elongated main body has preferably three circumferentially spaced pockets. A roller assembly is preferably disposed in each pockets, the roller rotating in roller blocks at each end of the roller disposed within the roller blocks. Mating locking profiles, such as dovetails, lock the roller blocks within the pockets, as the roller blocks are moved longitudinally into the locking profiles, preventing any radially outward movement of the roller assembly. The roller assembly is prevented from longitudinal movement within the pockets by lock blocks also positioned within the pockets.
HYBRID BIT
A hybrid bit includes a fixed cutting structure and a rolling cutting structure. The fixed cutting structure includes a plurality of fixed cutting elements. The rolling cutting structure is coupled to the fixed cutting structure and includes a journal bore extending through the rolling cutting structure from a leading face to a trailing face, and a radially outer surface. The rolling cutting structure also includes a plurality of cutting elements extending from the radially outer surface of the rolling cutting structure.
HYBRID BIT
A hybrid bit includes a fixed cutting structure and a rolling cutting structure. The fixed cutting structure includes a plurality of fixed cutting elements. The rolling cutting structure is coupled to the fixed cutting structure and includes a journal bore extending through the rolling cutting structure from a leading face to a trailing face, and a radially outer surface. The rolling cutting structure also includes a plurality of cutting elements extending from the radially outer surface of the rolling cutting structure.
Drill bit with adjustable inner gauge configuration
A drill bit can include a bit body having an upper portion, a central bore, and an adjustable inner gauge. The central bore can define a bore surface, and the bit body can include a plurality of fixed cutters formed on the upper portion. The adjustable inner gauge may be movably positioned within the bit body central bore to increase or decrease an exposed area of the bore surface for adjusting stability or steerability of the drill bit while forming the wellbore.
Methods for treating pulmonary hypertension
The present invention relates to methods for treating or preventing pulmonary hypertension, reducing mortality in a subject experiencing pulmonary hypertension, or inhibiting ADP-mediated vasoconstriction of pulmonary arteries in a subject, comprising administering to the subject an effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition comprising a reversible P2Y.sub.12 receptor antagonist. Also provided are related medicaments, pharmaceutical compositions, and methods for preparing the medicaments.

Raise boring head for rotary boring
A raise boring head for rotary boring in rock having a main body mountable at a drive shaft in which a mount face provides a supporting surface for a plurality of saddles that mount, in turn, respective roller cutters. At least one guide block is attached to the main body to project upwardly from the mount face and includes at least one guide face to facilitate the transport of cut material away from the mount face.
